Paul and Lucinda were quick to assess my home's needs. Rinnovation was quick to reply to my original request for help, prompt in returning phone calls and emails, and worked quickly, efficiently and exactly on time. The work Paul did on my three bathrooms was excellent. A few other items were also done around my home. He even took the time to examine a problem I had in my kitchen and let me know how much work would be involved renovate and improve it in the future. His expertise was very good. I am pleased and would hire again with no hesitation.

The list of renovations that were not improvements, but new and awful problems is long. The list of issues from all the questionable things they did or didn’t do is vast. The frustration of paying a first-rate price for what should have been a quick and not-complex job is beyond measure.

Lucinda, the co-owner, is a superb designer, who helped us coordinate cabinets, flooring, appliances, and countertops that look beautiful together and which we never could have picked on our own. She also came up with a much more ergonomic design for the kitchen. Her husband, Paul, the other co-owner did most of the work and was always very accomodating in making the small details right.

The work was performed while we were out of the country for two weeks. We gave Ahmet a key to our home and his crew took care of disposing of all the debris, moving the old cabinets to the basement (we are going to reuse them), and they were done when we returned. They a couple of touch up items left to do which they accomplished with a minimum of interubtion and disturbance in the home. We added the painting as an after thought and they also accomplished this immediately. This was probably the best construction experience that I have ever been involved in.
