Everything went well and I was pleased with the results. The workers could have been a little neater. They placed tools and items on a freezer in the garage without covering the freezer. Not a big deal. I should have covered the freezer before they started working. But I covered it once I realized they had not.

Very well. The ceiling and wall look better than before. (This is an almost 100 year old house.)

The work good. There were some issues with how loud they were the first days and there were some areas that were missed, but each time I pointed out a problem, the problem was remedied. They really listen to their customers and do what is necessary to make them pleased with the work.

When we had our master bath and guest bath remodeled, our contractor used Ricci Drywall and Painting to handle the drywall/painting. They did an excellent job, so we went with Ricci for our interior paint project. They completed the job in 7 business days. Initially, the estimator came out to look at the scope of our project; we sent Ricci the colors we picked and what paint we wanted to use (Benjamin Moore). About 3 days later, Ricci sent us their estimate for the job. The cost is a bit high, but we knew that Ricci painters are very good, so it was worth it to us. The crew chief, Victor, and his crew were very professional, respectful, and accommodating. Victor and his crew did a fantastic job painting our home. They did excellent prep work before they painted. They also cleaned up the areas at the end of each day. They were very careful moving the furniture, refrigerator, taking down window treatments, outlet covers, mirrors, then putting it all back. We love their attention to detail and their work ethic. Very professional.

Most of it went well. The workers were professional and did the work promptly.
The issue I have is with the sanding / finishing work. Before any work began, or when the work started, I believe I made it clear I was going to want all the finishing work to be sanded well. To be fair, its good to mention that I asked the contractor to come in several time to do additional sanding which they did. However, there was a spot they consistently missed sanding and some areas were never sanded well. One particular area that was consistently not sanded well was the joints between the wall and the ceiling. I was re-sanding many or most of those areas.
Also, I paid extra to have some sound insulting drywall placed in specific areas and asked that gaps be filled in with some sealant which was to some degree never done.
I asked the contractor to come in and finished to resand some areas which they did but I should have asked for the manager to come in and go over with him all my concerns because by the 3rd time or so the manager said they just could not come in anymore.
When I first used this contract I was pretty green in that I was trusting them to some degree to get the job right. However, now after they left and I am finishing up the job, sanding all the areas that need to be sanded and filling in gaps in the sound insulated drywall, I know exactly what they did and did not do and I know now what to look for.

The crew that worked on the jobs were professional, pleasant, and hard-working. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. They made sure that all the windows worked before leaving on the last day.
A little expensive in my view, but not outrageously so, and a very good job.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. The work was performed beautifully, promptly, and reasonably priced. The work staff were courteous, responsive and cleaned up well upon completion. They went beyond my initial needs, and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely use this company again!

We wanted all new drywall for our 5x8 bath on Capitol Hill because it had tile and multiple layers of paint and wallpaper on it. We took out all the old drywall, floor and tile ourselves and had Ricci put in all new drywall on the walls and ceiling including a recessed shelf area in the tub surround. Roger (the owner/manager?) was great to work with...the best points were:
  • Wllingness to give a rough price over the phone until a detailed written estimate could be done in person (they were the same).
  • Arrived on time for estimate and workPriced below three other drywallers we contacted
  • Workers were nice and professional and worked with me to make adjustments on the day of the install
  • Finish was high quality, paint ready
  • Some seams were not finished to the correct height as orignally planned (in preparation for tile wainscotting) and Roger sent out a person the next day to fix it.

Great experience overall... I will use them for some other services during our remodel including door and tille installation, framing and painting.

A good job once they got it scheduled. Had to call back 3 times to finally make an appointment. Make sure they call you back.

RICCI DRYWALL and PAINTING INC is licensed, I looked it up. An adequate site survey was first performed. The LOE was determined and priced. The price was offered in writing. I negotiated price and LOE with them in a very professional manner. Dates were agreed to. They required 3 days to perform the job. They arrived promptly, and I left them unsupervised for the remainder of the day, as I had to work. I had no quams. On the third day, my rooms looked exactly the way I wanted them to - ready to paint. The only thing I advised them on was keeping the dust under control. Otherwise, I chose the right people to work on my house, and I'd do it again.
