N&C was great to work with. Adam was our project manager and was very receptive to all of our questions and concerns throughout the project. The crews were conscientious about safety and quality, but still managed to work fast. Our one-story rambler was a two-story, with addition, under roof in just under three weeks. They even pulled their A-team from another job to help set the roof trusses in order to beat a coming rainstorm and keep us on schedule. It was amazing to watch - our trusses arrived in the morning and the crew worked quickly to assemble them in our yard; then our crane arrived a couple hours later, and after four hours all the trusses were up. The crew kept working until dark to get the plywood up. Even though it rained for the next three days, we remained on schedule because of all they had done in that one day. It was also clear that they took pride in their work and willingly corrected errors that we found (e.g., if something was not framed according to the drawing), and they put the effort in to correct errors we didn't even know about until after they fixed them.
