There was some water damage to the underside of a home that caused a red flag on the inspection report. The report was given to the contractor but he failed to address the sot pressing concern - preventing future damage. He did repair the wood damage but failed to address the prevention. While the failure to meet the requirements is the fault of the seller for not doubt checking, the issue here is the accountability. The numbers listed on the invoice ring unanswered, with no voice mail or answering machine. The cell phone number provided to the agent also is unanswered, but at least has a voice mail (with nothing professional set up -i.e. just the robot voice reading back the number and stating they are not available). The only evidence of the company online is a yelp page - the phone number on which is disconnected or no longer in service. Thus, while the work issues should be reviewed by someone else, I would be extremely hesitant to do business with any company that cannot stand behind their work enough to answer simple phone calls or return messages. Under no circumstances would I use this company for any further repairs (i.e. to properly address the inspection report as listed).
