Very well. The person doing the booking is a pro. They're good for regular cleaning. They have a team come over, which makes for quick work. They're on time, quiet, quick and hardworking.

They are excellent and I have no complaints.  A little late and I would prefer they call and let you know they are running late but everything else is excellent.  The team I have had twice are very good and that is why I used them a second time and will use again.

There was a conflict with the price and it was locally poorly managed. I think the national office was better, but the local office was terrible. They charged me more than I had agreed to pay without letting me know. I did not have a good experience. I was not given a receipt for service. I authorized a certain amount and I had to go to work. They did not call me to tell me they were charging another hour. My email went basically unanswered. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company the local manager was untruthful in his letter. I don't know if he is still the manager. The national office was okay but they were a little harder to get in touch with. There was no follow through. It was difficult. The local office was terrible and I think the national office was having a rough time. The cleaners were not thorough but they were okay. I did not compare pricing. I would not use the local office if they still have the same manager.

I called to request cleaning services and specifically requested the same team that had cleaned my home before. Maid Brigade scheduled the appointment for 10:30 AM. I got my house ready to be cleaned, including stripping the bed and putting out clean linens. At 10:55 AM, when the team had not arrived, I called Maid Brigade. I was told that the team would be at my house by 11:30 AM. When I asked why no one had called, I was told there was no phone service. I then asked how did the Maid Brigade dispatcher know they were coming if there phone. The dispatcher said there was no cell service, but there was a land line. So, then I had to wonder why no one called if there was a working land line. The team arrived at 11:30 and they were not the same team who had been there before. Despite my concerns about them not being schooled on the ins and outs of my particular house I left for the office. I made sure to mention that the clean linens were upstairs. When I arrived home, I discovered the bed had not been made. How can three people look at an unmade bed and a pile of clean sheets and not figure out what they are supposed to do with them. I don't want to be excessively picky and recognize that in the grand scheme of things, this is not the end of the world. I am disappointed in a vendor in whom I had such delight heretofore.

It was expensive, but worth every penny. This house was a rental for decades before we bought it, and it had been siting empty for over 9 months, so there was plenty of leftover grime that we wanted to get rid of before taking possession and starting to move our stuff in. They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning everything cleaner than it will probably ever be again.

I called & was given an appointment for 2:00 pm a few days later. On the day of the appointment, the team showed up at 9:00 am. They said that was the time they had for my appointment. I explained that it was a 2:00pm appointment, & that 9:00 was not convenient. They said another appointment was scheduled at 2:00. We called their office & the team leader/office official suggested having them wait for 10 or 30 minutes, but I said that was not convenient & the office staff said they'd call back. They called at 11:00 to see if 11:30 would work & I told them no. They called again between 12:30 & 1:00 to see if 1:15 would work. I said yes, & they returned around 1:15. The team did a very thorough job of cleaning. Without being asked, they dusted some areas that I have had to ask other cleaners to clean. They were very careful with a number of fragile items. I noticed only 2 small things that they missed. Price indicated above is before a $20 discount from coupon.
