MACPEAK LANDSCAPING INC

We just started a new contract with MacPeak. They were very flexible when we asked them to come at certain hours during the day (working around baby's nap schedule). We think they do great work and have a current contract with them.

We are completely satisfied with Macpeak's work from the installation of our landscaping to the current ongoing yard maintenance. The owner is very easy to work with because he is smart, responsive and fair. The weekly crew consists of the same people week in and week out. The guys are efficient, pleasant and professional. From time to time, I have asked them for special attention in particular areas of our yard or asked them to plant some flowers, and they always respond with a smile and take care of things. The owner charges a fair price -- not "cheap" (though we have gone that route in the past, and learned that you get what you pay for) and certainly not excesssive in price. He does not nickel and dime for small things and always takes care of the details. There is one incident which really impressed me and definitely worth noting. We were away on an extended trip this past summer, and my neighbor noticed a leak in our irrigation system (which was neither installed nor maintained by Macpeak) and called the owner of Macpeak to let them know during our extended absence. Instead of telling my neighbor that he's not the irrigation company, Mark Macpeak emailed me in Africa to let me know, sent his crew manager to turn off the water right away, and fixed the leak within two days (with my permission). The entire bill was under $100 so this was not a case of financial opportunism, but really just great judgment and excellent service. In short, I have been consistently happy with the quality of Macpeak's yard maintenance and always find it a pleasure to work with people in the company, from the yard crew all the way up to the owner. This past summer, I recommended Macpeak to a friend, and she is similarly pleased with her experiences with the company. So, it is without reservation or qualification that I recommend Macpeak for landscaping and yard care work.

Our yard was completely demolished after a large construction project and we were is need of a complete overhaul. After trying three other landscaping companies and being burned a few times, we proceeded cautiously with MacPeak, and we could not be happier with the company, the entire process, and the end result. Thank you MacPeak!!! They were responsible, hard working, listened to our needs, did not oversell, and delivered a garden that we love (I smile every time I walk outside now)! I am a plant person with particular requests and they patiently worked through the plan with me. Their prices were the most reasonable out of anyone I have used for outdoor work, by far. The owner is incredibly nice, timely, responsible, sticks to the estimate, and does fantastic work. He is a rare find! He shows up on site and stays hands on (another rarity) and he was willing to work with my "all organic" request, even when it meant more work for him. He also installed and maintains my neighbor's gardens, so I can vouch for the company two times over. I have referred him to other friends and they report similarly very positive experiences. There are few times in life that I could say this, but I can wholeheartedly and with full confidence recommend this company.
