Renee Guzman has been taking care of my Sable since 2003. He inspects it twice/year and performs all routine maintainence. When something is wrong he takes the car in the same day and often has it repaired the same day or early the next day. I live alone so he is kind enough to take me home after I drop the car off and pick me up to return it. The car runs like a top thanks to Renee's expertise - what would I do without him? Over the years he has done major repairs (such as suspension, exhaust, etc.) as well as the minor things like wiper blades and oil changes. I was referred to him when I moved to Kensington and I hope he is there as long as I continue to drive.

Renee and his team have been providing service to me for 5 years. We have a Scion, a Volvo, a Mitsubishi, and a Ford van and they always take excellent care of us for a reasonable price. They always provide an estimate in advance, call to confirm their findings and any changes to their estimate, so we don't have surprises.

I find Rene Guzman (the owner) to be a good diagnostician who can make the repairs that are needed. Also, he is honest - he will tell you when repairs can be postponed. Sometimes I think he is honest almost to a fault - on a few occasions he hasn't charged me for looking over a problem if nothing needs to be done, even though it took some of this time to do so.

It went well. The quality of work seemed to be good. They appeared to be honest and truthful about what needed to be fixed. I wouldn't know though because I don't know much about cars. I would consider using them again in the future.

They where friendly when I dropped off the car. They always have it done within a day so I have it n the afternoon. They are always very professional when they work my car.
