He was on the consumer’s list for Washington. We are very pleased with him and his prices were fair. He completed it within a day, but the price was much better than what I received from somebody I was using previously. I am very happy with Mark. They were on-time, efficient, and clean. He was definitely less expensive.

I had used Mark previously with good results, which is why I called him again. As usual, he was happy to answer any and all of my questions, he responded quickly to my call, and he did an excellent job without leaving a mess.

I called the plumber and left a message early in the morning. Mark Liscinsky returned my call at 7:45 AM. I explained that I had a problem with sewage backing up into a tub in my basement. Previously, water had drained slowly from the tub, but the problem had gotten worse recently. He provided estimates for snaking the drain ($150 or $250 depending on the size). In addition, I requested the installation of 2 new showerheads. He agreed to come to my home by 10 AM.
He arrived about 15 minutes early with an assistant. I showed them a clean-out located in the basement bathroom so that the toilet didn't need to be moved. They used a cloth to cover the floor and worked diligently to clear the drain, placing the materials removed in a plastic bag. It took about an hour. Afterward, Mark installed the two showerheads which I had bought previously.
I was very happy that they could visit to solve my plumbing problems within a few hours of my call. The cost was a little higher than expected, based on the estimate provided on the phone, but Mark explained that the estimates were the starting price. The cloth used on the floor wasn't large enough to cover the space needed. When I noticed some marks on the floor, I brought another tarp. After removing the old plug mechanism from the tub, the plumber had difficulty bending the metal to put it back. Since he didn't have another with him, I'll use another type of stopper in the future.

I called him this morning. He returned my call within an hour. He happened to be in the neighborhood and said he'd come over in 15 minutes. He arrived promptly, looked at the tasks to be done, and began work. He was finished in about an hour.
