the owner was prompt n calling me back and came to my house the same day and emailed me the estimate the same day. the workers arrived the next day and worked from 9:00 a.m. till 4;00 p.m.. I was pleased with their hard work.

Water leak in 25 year-old condominium which damaged the condo on the floor below. Called contractor on Thursday. Tom Lanigan, the owner, visited later that day to assess. Received estimate via e-mail next day, Friday. Because this was an emergency repair and scheduling, he agreed to schedule the repairs for Saturday. A three person crew showed up promptly. The leak was very nuanced and they were able to assess the issue quickly. The crew was very conscientious about noise and surrounding areas - the floor was covered. Tom Lanigan was also onsite several times during the day to discuss progress of the repairs. Tom also coordinated with the other resident whose unit was damaged. Needless to say, she wasn't very happy with me - and had no complaints in the end. Tom is easily accessible (answers cell), pleasant and very accommodating. The crew finished the repairs, replaced the drywall and painted by mid-afternoon. Everything look like new after about 6 hours. Overall a very pleasant experience with 1 yr warranty. Would highly recommend. From parking to small spaces, many contractors won't bother with condominiums as they're inconvenient. I chose Lanigan Enterprises because they came highly recommended from the condominium staff and was not disappointed. Besides repairs, he's renovated several units. Bathrooms, kitchens, painting, etc. I will use them in the future to renovate my recently repaired bathroom.

We were very happy with this company. This project was actually a lot of work, since the existing walls were plaster, all of which had to be hauled outside from the 2nd floor. They started and finished the job on time, were careful not to cause any damage to the floors, other walls, etc, and cleaned up every day. At our request, they saved the original molding and doors (from the 1940s) and re-used them in the new wall, so that the remodel looks seamless with the rest of the house. The workers were professional, very polite, answered all of our questions, and did an excellent job. We would definitely use them again.
