We have used Kuzma Construction for almost 20 years. They have done small, Built-in desk and bookshelves to a complete second floor addition and kitchen renovation.

They are not the cheapest but the quality of the work is excellent. They and their subcontractors arrive when they say they will, treat your house like their own, clean up as they go along and finish on or before scheduled.

The kitchen renovation we just completed came out beyond our expectations and is a delight to work in.

We would highly recommend Kuzma Construction to anyone.

They were really fantastic! There was a lot of follow up and they finished everything on time and within the budget they proposed. It was just well done. It was very good value. He also worked well with the architect, the people that dealt with zoning, and the restrictions based on being in a historical district. He even came in later to do some touch ups before a party that we had and that was his idea. He will be back to check in again before the job is a year old.

They did a good job on the interior of the house. It was a complicated job. They not only painted but did some plastering work, a lot of patchwork, and some minor carpentry. Their pricing was fair and they were somewhat less expensive than other companies.

It's a small company that has a very tightly knit group of subcontractors that are all coordinated extremely well by the owner who is punctual, precise and very straightforward with his estimates for work. They're very, very easy to work with. I gave them a B on price because I think they're a bit pricey.

The whole project went very, very well. Mr Kuzma gave us a 6-month time line at the start of the project and completed the project on time. He and his sub-contractors were terrific, without exception. Mr Kuzma is reliable, responsive, and professional, the kind of contractor you would definitely want to do business with! It was a great experience, considering how stressful this kind of project can be. His prices are fair, you get what you pay for!
