The work performed in the lower level basement room was professional done and when we had those heavy rains last year, no water leaked into the area and every since the basement has remained dry, which is the first time in a long time the area has been free from leakage.

Although the bathroom area is small, it is beautifully tiled and adds value and convenience to the home.  The bathroom looks one of those in a designer home picture.

The neighbors commented on how nice they think my tool shed, with windows, looks and this area adds space that was much needed for storage without having to pay costly monthly storage fees.

Khane Development Group did a great job! The crew arrived promptly each day, took their work very seriously, and treated my home as if it were their own. Before I could even comment on slight imperfections, the crew had already noticed and begun fixing them. They cleaned up after themselves beyond my expectations, moved my belongings as needed without complaint, and even put them back where they found them. Their attitude and work ethic were very professional from the moment work started. I had another company do work on the upper floors and only wish I had known about Khane Development Group then, so that they could have done that work, too. I couldnt be more pleased and impressed with my beautiful new media room and home office!

The project went well, We opened on the expected date. We are so happy and proud of what Sakon has done at the restaurant given the budget I had. I had limited resources so, Sakon was able to make our place look like a million bucks. Our small restaurant became one of the best Thai restaurants in downtown silver spring. I will recommend Sakon to my friends and neiborhs

All the doors in the home were replaced.  The carpet was removed and the hardwood floors were refinished and made to look like knew. The basement bathroom was finished with some tile work being done and a medicine cabinet installed.  Work was done in the kitchen to create space to allow for installation of a new dish washer.  Other areas of the home were touched up due to the age of the home. There was work done in almost all of the rooms in the house.  Also the basement hardwood steps were refinished.

A new deck was built to add value and space to the home and it was beautiful.  Also a fence was installed to define the boundaries of the property which worked well.

There was concrete work performed outside to repair gaps on the sidewalk and cracks on the steps, along with landscaping which gave the home curb appeal and neighbors were requesting that he perform work at their homes. 

When the home inspector hired by the Buyers examined my house, there was a leak in the attic and the home inspector stated that he believed that the person who built my deck would be capable of doing the work.  When the attic work was finished, it was the first time that I felt air circulating in the attic, which was interesting because I had been in my home for over thirty years and I had been in the attic on many occasions and had never felt the air circulate in the attic like it did after this contractor completed the work.
