"Thank you for your review Ms. Bruce-S.. It saddens me that you would try to ruin my good name and reputation out of anger and ill will. I am commenting on your review because what you written is simply not true. Almost all of the work that was done twice was because you would make changes after the task at hand was completed. Not because the work was executed wrong. On all the occasions we would redo the work that you had originally instructed us to do at my cost. I never complained and would do as you requested from the very start of the project until we finished. You took control of the project and made all the decisions. That was established when you rewrote our contract and scope of work to your liking. We always had pre-construction meetings with you and measured everything out, we chalked lines on the floors and walls. You showed us exactly where everything would be from start to finish of your project. The shower enclosure was framed and finished to accommodate the shower enclosure you purchased. The shower was tiled exactly the way you wanted. You purchased several boxes of tile and separated them by color. At our pre-construction meeting you let us know several times that you did not want any of the light blue tiles to touch because it would make you sick. After the tiles were installed you told me you hated the other colors touching each other but you could live with it. You also hated the color of the grout in the niche to the shower. Witch you later dyed yourself. The tile in the tub niche was off by 3/16 inches. When you brought it to my attention, I agreed. It was not visibly noticeable but the fact was after inspecting it was not perfect. I told you we would redo the niche to make it to your liking. The vanity was installed 5/8" off the floor because structurally your floors are not level. After you brought that to my attention I cut 1/4" of the back legs to drop the front of the vanity. The mirror and electrical rough-in did not fit because, you could not find two mirrors you liked. Originally you were going to purchase (2) 36"mirrors. After everything was finished and painted you decided to install a 48-inch mirror. Witch is 12" lager the what we had planned. I stayed silent and relocated electrical, patched, and painted at my cost. On our last day after you approved our 2nd Final Punch List and the job was completed. I started receiving text from you showing three micro imperfections in the 1/16 inch grout lines, requesting me to come back. This was the first time during the entire project I stood up to you. And soon realized that as long as I did what I was told, I would be in good grace with you. I told you your bathroom looked amazing and I was not coming back because the Imperfections were not visible to the naked eye and were within manufactures spec. I also told you to keep my final payment because that was proof that I loved what I do and your bathroom was perfect. This enraged you and you started calling, emailing, texting , me out of control, until I told you I was going to block your number. You threatened me with the police and accused us of stealing left over grout when you did not get your way. I am truly sorry our project ended the way it did. I want you to know it really bothers me to write this. This is the first time my life, I've had to defend my good name. I'm a peaceful family man and avoid conflict as you know. Your review is simply not true and not deserved. I want you to know your bathroom looks amazing! My crew and I are proud of your bathroom. Any one that walks in will see the quality of the craftsmanship involved. I stand behind our work and a 1-year warranty. Everything I have written is with the utmost respect and in no shape or form intended to insult or belittle you. God Bless You & Yours"
