The house went for sale on 4/19/13 and was under contract the beginning of the following week! While other homes have languished on the market in our neighborhood, our home was listed and sold immediately.
When we sold our home and were unable to find something suitable to move into, she helped us find a rental in our same school district with very fair terms should we find something and need to move out on short notice.
