They make everything sparkle! There is a team lead who speaks English and the team can range from 2 to 4. They are prompt, courteous, and trust-worthy. Very flexible in scheduling and Aracely who works in the office is professional, personable, and goes out of her way to be helpful. They are also a member of the Cleaning For A Reason charity. Very worthwhile for those going through cancer treatments and needing help to clean the home for free. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Huff-N-Puff has been sending out a friendly team to clean my home once a month for almost ten years, and they do a great job.  I am always pleased to come home after they have been here.  Any calls or emails to their office are answered promptly and cheerfully.  I have also used them occasionally for extra cleanings and oven and refrigerator cleanings.  Again, great job.  
I especially appreciate their use of non-toxic cleaning solutions, including a steam cleaner.  I would recommend Huff-N-Puff to anyone looking for a reliable, competitively-priced cleaning service for their home.

The service is great, the people at the office are wonderful especially Aracely to deal with and they are flexible and accommodating with scheduling. You can establish weekly, twice a month, or once a month cleanings.
The first time I hired Huff N' Puff, I had them do a move-in cleaning which was over $400 for approximately a 1600 square foot townhome but, it was worth it. Everything looked fabulous including the baseboard moldings.
The price is the only sticking point as they are a bit pricey. I pay $174 a visit which includes a $4.00 trip charge but, I have decided they are worth it due to their quality, honesty, reliability, and flexibility.
I highly recommend them.

It went great! The first visit was a deep cleaning and more expensive than I expected/quoted. However, the cleaning job was amazing and I was happy to provide tips to the cleaners when they were done. Despite the cost, I was happy to hire them to clean my house every two weeks. The date noted above was for the first maintenance clean after the deep-cleaning. The cleaners arrived on time and were done promptly one hour later. I was first told that they would send 2, possibly 3 people for the regular cleanings and stay 1.5 to 2 hours (they have a four hour minimum service). However, they sent four cleaners and were done in one hour. Though I didn't ask and they didn't offer while talking on the phone, I think they sent four cleaners so they would be done faster and I could go to work. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness on this matter!
Huff N Puff was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and I would recommend them based on my first two experiences. I have had house cleaners in the past and they can become a little complacent with time. I will be looking to see if Huff N Puff maintains their high quality cleaning over time.

They are very professional and punctual. Their price is a little on the higher side. They come out for about two and half hours and there will be 3-4 people that come.

I was preparing my parents condo for resale and contacted Huff-N-Puff Cleaning. The condo need a one-time cleaning and they were able to schedule me for the same week. The team of 3 people arrived at the time agreed upon and went to work. They did an excellent job of cleaning the living spaces, bathrooms, interior windows, and kitchen including the appliances (refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher). The condo looked 100% better after they were finished. I highly recommend Huff-N-Puff's services.

The price depends on how many rooms, what you have them do, and how often they clean. I've found their prices competitive and the work is very good and my friends have been impressed with them as well. They are also very nice. They give us a window time frame and they are always in that window.

I have had a wonderful experience with Huff and Puff. They always do a very good job of cleaning - the whole place feels clean after they've been here. They spend time dusting and they move furniture in order to vacuum. They are extremely friendly and very understanding when I ask them to start on a specific floor because I'm working from home. They send a team of people, so they finish cleaning the house very quickly. While a member of the team may change from visit to visit, there are a couple of people who come consistently, so they have gotten to know some of the details of the house. I highly recommend this company!

I have used this service three times in the past month. I submitted a positive review after the second trip, however, yesterday's experience convinced me to submit an updated review. One of the crew members broke a decorative tile that was sitting on a windowsill because she was rushing and not paying attention.I felt the whole team was rushed yesterday. It was the end of the day and mine was their fifth house to clean.I may not be used to having three people in the house running over each other to clean. Accidents are bound to happen if each member of the crew is not paying attention. I just don't feel I can trust them anymore to be careful. I will not use them again.

They're pretty efficient. I'm happy with them; that's why I brought them back. They do what I ask them to do and they get the job done. I think the price is a little high.

They did a great job. They were very professional and prompt. We got good value for their work. I use them periodically. The overall experience was positive. We had rescheduled once and there was no problem. When they did the work it was of good quality and I was very pleased with the results. It was like we got our money's worth.

They are thorough and quick, and I am very happy with them. They mop the floors, vacuum, and clean the bathtubs sinks when they are here. They really clean the whole house.

They arrived essentially on time and a crew of four began to clean right away. They spent two hours in the house, cleaning all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and basement (I have a finished basement). They were very thorough with the cleaning and I appreciate the detail they spent on the floors. They actually scrubbed the floors making sure that they were clean. When they were done, I got a chance to review there work and an explanation of the bill. In all, I was very satisfied. I just wish I could afford to have them come more often.

When I called Huff'nPuff they were not able to schedule a cleaning on the day I wanted to have them arrive. However, when I called back to confirm another date, they offered to schedule a cleaning the next day, which was a great help.Three people arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning. They were at my house for approximately 3 hours. The place looked great!

The company was very good at scheduling someone when I needed them, and adjusting the schedule when my plans changed suddenly. The crew was polite and on time, however, the quality of their cleaning and the time it took them to clean the areas was not what I expected. Especially for the money!

They were 8 minutes late after the 2 hour window I was given, but the four ladies did a good job. It took them 2 hours, but this a large house.

I started them every two weeks and they do such a beautiful job, I have them once a month. They are very good, excellent in fact. It's usually a team of four ladies and they are out of here in an hour. I am disabled and unable to do it. They do an excellent job. They do everything, they do what I used to do. They are very pleasant. I had a house keeper who was $100 every two weeks and these people are $143 so for the work they do I think it's very reasonable. As far as I'm concerned the price is just fine. They do an excellent job. The office calls me every month the day before to make sure it is okay for them to come. I have them on a Thursday and they always call me on the Wednesday to check. I am very pleased. I have a 3 story house and about 10 rooms that they do. I am very, very pleased. The leader of the group speaks English, but the majority of them speak Spanish. However, that doesn't hold them back. They never miss. Usually they get here by 11 in the morning, they have someone they see before me. They aren't right on the button, but not very late. I can live with it, I'm here all the time. They can't really tell how long the first stop is going to be. They are very hard workers and do a great job.
