I had a ten year old sofa that needed to be cleaned.  I called Global Carpet Cleaning basically out of the phone book.  I talked to an employee named Daniel, who was courteous and informative on the phone.  He gave me a reasonable estimate ($180) and said he could come by the very next day and clean it.  Daniel showed up when he said he would, and did a fantastic job on the couch.  It almost looks like new.  I was so impressed I decided to let him take an expensive Persian rug off to get cleaned as well.  They had it back in two days, looking beautiful.  I was totally impressed.
