Cliff won't honor the deal and has ignored my requests. I have pasted in again what was done and not honored
Cliff and his "crew"   didn't do much of anything and promised he would come back and finish the job - I gave him a check for $650 trusting that he would honor what he said. Then when I called emailed and texted he was unresponsive - finally responded that to come back and make a tiny little repair on the corner of my patio would be additional charges. And what he did below wasn't even worth $300. He ripped me (Paul) off badly and I am filing a legal complaint. I am very fair and don't have any problems paying people very well for work done. But I got lied to and taken to the cleaners by this group. Cliff doesn't do much - he just tells the workers what to do.
For $650 - below is all they did - without completing the work correctly and completing what was verbally promised - and by emails and texts.

• Painted about 10 - 15 square feet on my 3rd floor

• The mirror they put back up on the painted wall fell down hard at 2 am jarring my wife, kids and I awake

• Patched, spackled and taped a tiny piece of drywall in our laundry room closet

• Screwed  in 3 tiny cameras mounts outside ? 5 minutes total work

• Tried to repair a recycling drawer ? it keeps opening wide open - so nothing was repaired ? said I needed to replace  unacceptable ? a good handyman should be able to fix simple  things. I fixed it myself

• Re-attached a gutter ? 22 seconds max ? and it wasn?t even repaired correctly

• He also gave me an estimate of $1100 to make a roof repair. He wouldn't budge on the price - so I got other estimates. An honest and professional roofing company subsequently made the repairs for $465

Very good experience and a nice guy.  He came to our house several times to do various handy man jobs.  The rate was $65/hour for basic work.  Electrical work cost more.

Everything was done beautifully. He ripped out the caulk in the tub and replaced it. I had bought wood filler to fix the door, but instead he inserted dowels in the destroyed screwholes to create a more stable medium to reinsert the screws the affix the face plate. And he quickly recaulked the kitchen backsplash.

Cliff was extremely responsive and came out the very next day to do an estimate. We scheduled the work to be performed a few days later. He was very punctual and brought somebody to help him at no extra charge. Although there were unforeseen problems during the work, Cliff knew how to address them and the installation was perfect.
