Nick shows up when he says he will. I have never had to wait. He is clear about his charges which I find quite reasonable for the area. He is cheerful and does the job right the first time. Full marks to Nick.

Nick arrived on time and got on the job quick. He was polite, professional, and courteous.. He explained everything he did in detail and was informative on the services he provided. He finished the job quickly but with great attention to quality and detail. He also checked out the water heater and gave good suggestions for keeping it running efficiently and safely. I had him give me an estimate on the master shower as well. He gave a reasonable price and detailed explanation of what would need to be done. I spoke to a number of other plumbers on the phone and had one other guy out to do estimate the job. Most of them were unfamiliar with reverse osmosis filters or quoted exorbitant prices. Nick on the other hand was clearly an expert at the job and was very knowledgeable about the product which I purchased from a local store before even speaking to him. If you want a reverse osmosis filter installed nick is the authority. He is reasonably priced, quick, and performed high quality work. I will definitely be using him for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Nick!

Nick was very responsive through email and phone. He arrived later than stated. A previous plumber was unable to work on my high end fixtures. Nick was able to fix the valve on a leaky shower, replace the shower head and fix the hot water valve on the sink faucet. He did not take the easy way by punching a hole in the wall and replacing the valve. Instead he removed the valve face plate and used parts from a new valve to fix the existing valve, hence saving me additional repair cost on the wall and additional labor cost. If you are looking for someone to work on high end fixtures, $1000 or more Nick is the right person.

Nick was responsive to both telephone and e-mail communication. He showed up as scheduled. In addition to the work contracted for, Nick checked other systems in the home to make sure they were in good working order. He demonstrates passion for his work. They are very good at servicing high end products. A lot of the companies we called in had never seen any of the fixtures that were using. He did a fabulous job. We are going to have him come in and put a recirculator on our water heater in the near future.
