Despite their having to claimed to have "fixed" it, the problem remains MONTHS later. I believe that one THOROUGH visit by a competent plumber could have fixed it. First, they replaced a pipe. Now, they say it simply entails caulking the tub. That seems odd because the place where the water leaks out is not even directly under the tub(?) As I mentioned though, (expensive) pipe replaced did NOT fix the problem.

Great! Walter set up the appointment. he is very knowledgeable and educated me about gas water heaters. He was surprised to learn mine lasted as long as it did. Apparently, 20 years is a long time! Brian came out made the assessment and figured out what we needed as a replacement. He talked me out of a tankless model and recommended an updated Ruud 75 gallon tank. He then worked with Walter to price it out and provide a quote for the tank and installation. I checked around and it was right in the ballpark of what I was told it should cost with installation ($2600)

We use Blinkhorn plumbing regularly. We redid five bathrooms in our current house and three in our previous home using the Blinkhorn firm. We have had some complicated work done and they have always been was to have around, responsive and as helpful as possible.

He has been helpful and thoughtful. He tells you what the issue is and prices are so you are not surprised. I have been using him since August of 2013. I would recommend Blinkhorn Plumbing as your plumber since they have done such a great job for me as my plumber.

Dennis was very prompt in responding and worked hard to resolve my issues. It took him a couple of trips because he was trying to get the right part for the exterior bib. He also had to come back and re-snake the drain but no charge and he made sure all was right. He is someone I will do business with again.

Blinkhorn Plumbing was very polite and professional. The original appointment was on February 1, but the work could not be completed due to an HVAC wire blocking access to the water heater. Rather than adjust the wiring himself, he recommended that we have an HVAC company move it to avoid any potential effects on the HVAC system. He was very flexible about returning to complete the installation a week later. After the installation, he explained the major features and instructions for the water heater.

As we informed you on the phone, we have a flat rate pricing schedule for the installation of faucets. For lavatory and laundry faucets provided by the customer, our flat rate price is $180., the charge is the same fee no matter how long we are at your home, sometimes jobs go smoothly and perfectly as in your case and other times they don't and we are at a job for much longer. The materials we used on your job included (2) flexible 1/2 x 3/8 lavy supplies, (2) 3/8 x 3/8 flexible extensions and plumbers tape and putty. We have not raised our service fee's in five years and would encourage you to comparison shop as we are very competitive and as was in the case of your job, we always give our price before starting the job. We appreciate your business and truly hope you will call us if we can explain futher or be of any help to you. Respectfully, Blinkhorn Plumbing"

"Dear Mr. [member name removed], We offered to take the toilet outside to remove the foreign object from your toilet with he warning that as it was an old toilet, it may crack or break from the procedure, our offer was declined. The morning we were at your home [member name removed] informed us that she was going to purchase a toilet at Home Depot, when our plumber left you home, our office spoke to her and she told us she would call us when she returned. The next time we heard from you, it was at 4:50 that Friday afternoon and were not able to schedule anyone to go back that day and we offered to come back first thing 7:30 am on Monday morning. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. Respectfully, Blinkhorn Plumbing"
