AAA Pest Control Service

I called them and said we had a problem with a rat in the garden. They sent Dunty and he put up the rat traps, and paid him for that visit along with another visit for a beehive in the roof (included in the fees were visits until the problem was fixed). He never showed up for the beehive. I called the company and they said Dunty wasn't working for us anymore. They said I would have to pay them again because he wasn't working for them anymore. They are not willing to send anyone else without new payment. I basically lost out on $200. They said I needed to call Dunty and have him out that he is a subcontractor. They pretty much said "tough luck". I think that this is bad business, because they sent me this guy one time and now that Dunty isn't working anymore they won't send me anyone without paying them again. That doesn't make any sense. He came out once for the rat in the garden, and once for the beehive. However since the beehive wasn't completely taken care of I was allowed to call them back until they had taken care of the issue (it was all included in the fees I had paid). They are not following through with their guarentee of making sure the issue at hand was resolved. I've called them many times and they said they would have a supervisor call me back, but haven't received a response. Now when I call they give a snubby response and hang up on me.
