On July 6, the temperature was 102 and my air conditioning died in the late afternoon. First, it just blew out warm air, and then the fan quit altogether. Their technician Joe came out that evening and got it fixed within half an hour. One of the parts (only $32!) in the outside unit had broken. Between being able to come so quickly in a heat wave and the low cost of the repair, I was very pleased. The company is in first place with me right now!

Excellent! They were very prompt with their response. And I needed them as my A/C quit working on a steaming 90 degree day. Jim Patterson performed the work. He is very knowledgable and professional as well as being a nice person. He explained what was wrong with the unit and made the repairs on the spot. It works perfectly now and my house is nice and cool again. I would trust Jim and 1st Place to do any heating or A/C work in my home
