I met with the owner, Eric Justice. He is very professional, very knowledgeable in his field, and very easy to communicate with. I also found out they were willing to repaint the exterior of the house as well when I mentioned I was going to have to set up a second company for that. Eric also let me know he would be doing the majority of the work himself. This was very important to me because I have been on crews in the past that blow through your neighborhood and paint real fast and leave. There is a reason those prices are in the $1500 range comparatively speaking. You get what you pay for. In this case, I wanted someone who I felt was going to take personal professional pride in getting the work done and done right without cutting corners. After my meeting with Eric I was pretty certain I had found the company I was looking for, and I was right. Our house looks flawless and brand new once again. Eric hand rolled 2 coats of high quality Benjamin Moore paint on the entire house. He worked with me to select the best matching color, and after the first one looked a little light, he went back and got another color we selected. RHM Corp also raked back the mulch and pressure washed my house foundation and repainted that as well as the disaster of a basement walkout area I had. All of the windows have been recaulked and resealed, several leaks the builder so nicely left us were patched, all exterior wire/hose entrances redone. As the work was going on, Eric was also very much willing to adjust on the fly, communicating what my options were as far as painting some trim a gutter mostly covered or not. He repainted my garage doors to match the trim even though that was not originally in the contract, fixed a couple additional items around the exterior of the house not listed on the maintenance contract as well at absolutely no additional charge beyond the original estimate I was quoted to start the project. Eric and Suzanna were both extremely responsive to the large number of ongoing questions I had throughout the procedures as well. I'm sure I probably left some things out. The bottom line, RHM Corp does EVERYTHING you want done to make the exterior of your home look like you wanted it to look the day you bought it! The price for these vast services I felt quite reasonable compared to the cookie-cutter corner-cutting c*** you get for half that from someone that doesn't cater or really care about the individual home they are servicing. To most, it's just a job to finish, collect the homeowner's money, move on to next house. For RHM Corp, they want to be able to stand behind their work for years and it shows. The owner (Eric) knows his stuff and he did almost all of the work himself. I highly recommend you give them a try, or at least set up an appointment and listen to what they will do for you. You will not be disappointed! We will happily use RHM Corp again for our next house project needs. Thanks!
