Plumbing
We called Pleasant Valley and they came out for us right away. They tried to snake the drain first and it was not working. It just so happened that we had a brand new toilet sitting in the garage that we had never had installed, so they just took the entire toilet out and installed the new one for us. They were only here for roughly an hour and fifteen minutes. They actually took the old toilet with them and disposed of it for us which was very nice.
They fixed our outside septic cleanout pipe also that had been damaged from the tractor.
The crews are very pleasant, mannerly, and efficient. We have been using Pleasant Valley for about 22 years when needed and never been dissatisfied.
