I called and left an initial message, that I needed electrical work done on my house. I was contacted promptly with a time the electrician would arrive. He arrived right on time. Upon arrival, we talked about the work that was to be performed. He gave me a quote on the spot. He said he'd also use the same breaker as currently in place. The electrician asked if he could do the work right now, or if I would like to wait. I said now was best, he had to run to Home Depot to pick up the specific parts as I was further a little far from his office (little over an hour drive). He returned promptly with all the needed parts. Within 30 minutes he had the work completed and walked me though what he'd accomplished (which is exactly what we'd talked about before).
The dialog we had gave me a good feeling that he knew exactly what he was doing, was professional and friendly. He was able to get the system upgraded fast.
The cost was well below two other estimates that I had received and I was very happy that I'd chosen to go with this electrician.
