The lady they send - usually the same person each time - does a very good job.

I use them on a regular business. I would say it would take about 3 hours for the service. I like the efficiency. I like the one person they use. If there's ever an issue they always call to say something has come up for this person, can we use someone else or change the day. I like that they send email reminders. I like the cost. I like they give options on how often they can come.

They clean my whole house. I use them on a regular basic now. Most of the time they send one person. It takes about three hours. I sometimes let her in and I go to work. I like the efficiency. I like the one person who they use. If their is ever and issue they always call to say something has come up for this person on this day. Or can we change the day. They also send email reminders. I certainly like the cost too. I like the fact that they give options on how often they can come. Being an adult household we don't need them that often. So they have different price schedules. Some other people may need them weekly, daily or monthly. We have a schedule for the rest of the year.

Billing errors several times. Some were quite large, including double charging. One time, they raised prices (without notifying us) and tried to back bill us for several invoices that had already been paid weeks before at the old rate.

It's been three months so far and we've been very pleased with both the woman who comes to the house and the office staff.

It went very well. I originally found them on Angie's List and chose them over others. Their price is slightly higher than others, but the work has been well worth it. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

On Thursday, August 4th, the employee was supposed to show up between 9 and 9:30am. She showed up at 10am. Late but no big deal. I was very nice. She was also very nice. I gave her a quick review of what we needed, showed her around the house provided all of the cleaning supplies myself, and left expecting to come home to a nice clean house. However... I received a call from the employee at 2:20pm informing me that she had just finished, and that she had accidentally broken our bedroom "lamp". She then said she had to take time to clean up the "shards of glass" that got on the bed. She was very sorry. Not a super big deal and it was an accident, but I did start to get concerned thinking about glass being on our bed. I was very nice about it though. It was when I returned home that I realized I had been taken advantage of. The first thing I saw when I came in the door was dog hair still all over the floor and carpet. The disappointment continued as I walked through the house: - There was still dog hair visible all over the wood floor and carpet. The carpet was still COVERED in hair. It does not look like she mopped any floors, kitchen or bathrooms. •Hair and crumbs still on couch and dining chairs •Kitchen counters barely looked wiped. Crumbs under and around all containers on counter. Visible sticky stuff not wiped. •Stovetop not clean •Sink not cleaned or even wiped •no front of appliances cleaned •nothing that needed to be moved was vaccumed under at all, including ottomans and chairs •I specifically asked her to dust the top of the ceiling fans, which was not done - no glass in the house was cleaned with windex. Not one mirror. - None of the trashcans in the bathrooms were even emptied - Toilets still had stains in them - stairs didn't even look vacuumed - bedroom floors still had stuff on them that wasn't vacuumed When I finally walked into the bedroom, I realized that she did not break our "table lamp", but our ceiling fan. This means that glass had literally fallen down all over our bed and comforter, as well as floor. It was a lot of glass too. We have a baby who crawls on that carpet and a 3 year old who plays on the bed. Not to mention we sleep in that bed. She did not wash the comforters and blankets, which really concerned me because how can she be sure she got all of the glass? What she did- accident or not- directly endangered us and our small children. To be safe, I had to go back and re-vacuum all around the area, wash the comforter and other blankets and change the sheets. I still worry I didn't get it all. She was here from 10-2:20. Almost 4 and a half hours! I'm sure that a chunk of the time was spent trying to clean up the glass from the fan she broke, which I should NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR by the way. That is time she could have been cleaning the rest of the house. The cherry on top of the whole thing was that I found this extremely detailed drawing of flowers on my counter that said "I'm really sorry" on it. Lovely as it is, how much time did you spend drawing that while at my house?!?! This is crazy! The really really disappointing part is that the owners have refused to take accountability for their employees performance. They have made excuse after excuse. They agreed to go through insurance to replace my broken glass, but they will only do so if I provide them with the model number of the fan and they will only replace the glass. We bought the fan over 8 years ago! I have no idea the model number, can't find it on the fan without taking it off the ceiling, and cannot find it online because they probably don't make it anymore! I have no idea what other glass will fit, and they won't do anything until I provide them with the model number. I asked for a refund, which I think is pretty darn fair being that: 1. The cleaning was terrible. I have documented it all with pictures. 2. The broken fan thing is a real hassle. They should feel badly about endangering us with the glass. It really is a huge liability for them, but they don't care The owner, named Noy, says that our home was too big to clean any better than she did in the amount of time given. That's ridiculous. In 4 hours, there is no way she could not have accomplished a decent cleaning. Our house is no mansion. Actually, our kitchen and bathrooms are pretty small. I even told her not to worry about cleaning our Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom because we don't ever use it. Instead of giving me a refund, they wanted me to make a list of everything I was unhappy with and then someone would come back to clean those areas. You've got to be kidding me. Why would I want to allow anyone else from your company in my house every again. I don't trust you. It's a big deal to let someone alone in your house. You provided crappy service so now you want me to let you back in my house to do more crappy service. NO thanks. As far as I'm concerned, this whole thing is a scam where they tell you they must charge by the hour, then send someone who goes so slowly they need 9 hours to actually clean your house to a suitable level. Then they get to charge for more hours. they make you pay beforehand by credit card so they already have your money even if you are not satisfied, which I realize now I was dumb to do. I told Noy that if they didn't make good on this whole experience, I would give them negative and accurate reviews on Angies List and report them to the Better Business Bureau, in which she said they she didn't care, because they BBB doesn't do anything about it anyways. I have never been so disappointed with a cleaning company in my life. For not much more money, I could have hired someone else to do a total Move in Move out cleaning. They couldn't even provide a basic one. They do not care about their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE MANY OTHER CLEANING COMPANY OPTIONS OUT THERE WHO WILL DO A BETTER JOB AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Please look at the pictures provided and judge for yourself.

Really well. I called requesting a cleaning with only a few days notice and they accommodated my request. They called back and emailed to confirm. Pown arrived at 7am (our request) and got right to work. Megan arrived to help at 9am as expected. Both were professional, friendly, and hardworking. The home so pretty large with lots of moulding sand crevices, and when they were done I could not find a speck of dust anywhere- i also did not feel like i had to supervise, and they seemed very trustworthy. I would definitely hire them again.

They are pretty good. They change their crew all the time, and I wish that I'd get the same crew each time. Other than that they are good.

I needed my house cleaned on short notice after another cleaning service cancelled on me last minute, Thai Cleaning was a life-saver.  They were able to send two maids the next day who cleaned the areas I requested in a reasonable amount of time for a very good price.  They were very nice, on time, and did a great job.  I was so impressed with their services I immediately scheduled them for regular service.  Would highly recommend!

Called Thai cleaning service on the 11/17/14 and they were able to send someone out the very next day.  One person arrived a few minutes  early, by the time she carried all her supplies in it was exact time they said she would be here.  She was very friendly, nice and professional.  She did a very thorough job and asked if everything met to my approval and if she had missed anything.  My husband and I were both very pleased with the service provided and will have her back every two weeks.  I am so happy to have found Thai Cleaning Service, everything is so nice and clean and I know I don't have to worry about cleaning myself.

The girls were very nice, polite, and professional.  Some tasks and duties were limited.  For the price we paid, I expected a bit more, but I would rehire them under different circumstances. 

We had Thai cleaning clean our condo after an extensive renovation. There was lots of dust. The cleaning people were on time and got right to work. They were professional and did s great job. It really needed the great attention they gave to make it look spotless. Great job!
