My only complaint would be that the office staff said they would call in the morning with the appointment time and i had to call them to follow up. I would use them again, they where honest, reasonable and didn't try to BS me.

Our A/C stopped working properly, and I contacted our home warranty company for a repair. The $60 is my co-pay for this coverage, and Speedy was the company that was contracted to do the repair by the warranty company. The actual cost of repairs was probably in the $100 to $200 range.
An appointment was missed by Speedy the day before, however it was legitimate - the tech was injured on another job and went to the hospital for treatment and missed the next day at work. Life happens. The problem is that the office staff should have gotten on the phone immediately and contacted his appointments for rescheduling - that is why they get the B. She is new, and I don't think it occurred to her to do that.
As far as the repair goes, Larry saw it as a common problem (ice forming at condenser and evaporator - with little air flow) and knew just what to do. He cleaned the outside condenser thoroughly, checked the pressure in the system, then recharged the freon. He put on new caps with new seals. It has been more than a week now and our system is running well again.
Larry did point out a couple things about our HVAC system I did not know (like it was already a replacement in a relatively new home). He directed my attention to a couple strange installation issues and solutions, and made a recommendation for a mat under the condenser unit, but there was never any pressure to purchase anything or do any immediate repairs.
Larry is an experienced professional who seems trustworthy to me. Rich also works out of that office, but I did not meet him. Larry contacted our home warranty on the spot, got permission, and made the repairs all in one trip -- I do appreciate that.

I worked with Speedy to replace our heat pump system, which at the time was roughly 25 years old. I worked with Larry Carter, who was extremely helpful and honest. They will not be the cheapest, but from my experience the focus on quality exceeded the potential extra cost. Larry had recommended for us to upgrade to a 15 seer system, which so far has been a great decision. The system works more efficiently and I fully expect to see a savings in my energy bill. From the time we signed the contract until installation was approximately 2 weeks. Most of this time was waiting on Trane to deliver the new product. Once Speedy received it, they were at our house within a few days. It took them 2 days for the installation. 1 day they were at our house for approximately 3-4 hours removing the old system. The 2nd day they installed the new system, which took just about all day. Overall I had a good experience with them and would recommend them to others. Larry was not overbearing in trying to pitch the new equipment, just explained what a new one could provide (he originally came out to fix our old condenser, which had stopped functioning).
