It took a few iterations to get the contract written to my satisfaction. Their wording was very sparse and left the door open for potential misunderstandings. In the end, I ended up handwriting the details myself onto their contract document. They never told me that the entire job would be done by another contractor who they hired as a sub. In the end, the sub did the work properly and to my satisfaction. But my advice to them is to write more detailed contracts and let the customers know exactly who will be performing the work.

Installed wrong size fence. They came out twice and promised both times they would replace fence. It’s been almost 2 years. I think because we’re seniors they think it’s ok to cheat us. Beware of this business. Please use another fencing company. If I could rate a 0 (zero) I would.

"We wanted everyone to hear our side of the story as we are are very reputable company and strive to TRY and make everyone happy. First we want to apologize to Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for he dissatisfaction with us. We don't like to hear this and try to resolve every issue that arrises but this is one that is different. Mr. [Member Name Removed] wanted a fence to match her neighbors fence that we install approx. 10 years prior. With this, the supplier that we dealt with at the time for Mrs. [Member Name Removed]'s fence wasn't the same supplier that we dealt with 10 years prior. The understanding was that the new company would match Mrs. Ebrights fence as closely as possible to what her neighbor already had and we think they did a great job at doing this. The job was completed and everything looked great. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was pleased and paid her final balance. Sometime later she reached back out to us and explained the styles didn't match up. We went out and investigated and found that the only difference between the two fences was 1/4" spacing difference in between the pickets......thats it. We don't ever recall telling her that we would come out to replace her fence over this 1/4" spacing difference.....it is barely noticeable. If this was an issues with a dog getting out of the yard, that might be a different story but that was never brought up. It was just the fact that it didn't match 100% to her neighbors fence. We explained that the supply companies were different over the 10 year span and they would match it up as close as possible. Nothing else is wrong with the fence and she has never complained about anything other than that or we would have come out to address any other issues that she has had. We appreciate Mrs. Ebrights business and again we aren't happy that she it dissatisfied. I do believe that she wouldn't have paid the final balance if she wasn't fully pleased and satisfied with the fence as we don't collect this until after the fence is fully completed and the customer is please and satisfied with the end result."

These guys have fence installation down to a science. I was amazed how quickly yet precisely they put up our fence for our puppy. We have received countless compliments on their work over the past month by neighbors. Mike stands by his work and when it became apparent that he had received sub-par post caps from his material supplier he readily agreed to replace them all, without complaint. I have used C&C Fencing twice and will have another project for them this winter. I won't bother to get multiple quotes. C&C Fencing is the company of choice.

Mike was punctual when coming out to provide us with an estimate. He came in several hundred dollars less than his competitors. The crew arrived on time and were polite and efficient. The job was completed on time, and we are very satisfied with the fence. We would definitely use this contractor again.

Overall everything went well. The owner stopped by and provided a free estimate. He was very responsive with all the email correspondences... This was very important to me, considering my experience with previous contractors who were unresponsive. All in all the price was VERY reasonable. The fence installation was quick and efficient. I would recommended.

This was a great experience! Mike at C and C Fencing came and measured my property, provided an estimate a few weeks ago. Then yesterday they came and installed the fence in one day. The fence is amazing - sturdy, beautiful and functional. The crew was professional and efficient. They paid attention to each detail including the clean up when they were done!

Charlie was our sales contact, and did a great job explaining about the Company, also was able to meet our requests.
Hector was our Lead installer, very professional, and followed up with a walk around to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the finished product. We have received several compliments from our neighbors about how great the fence looks.

It went great. I got prices from three different companies and Cand C was not only the best price, they also impressed me the most with their responsiveness and professionalism. They returned every phone call and e-mail and we had to go back and forth a lot due to my HOA issues. One fence company told me not to worry about getting a buiding permit! Really? Cand C actually got the permit for me and never once mentioned skipping that step. Having just sold a house, I know what you go through when you have to prove things to a buyer. No permit would be a nightmare when it comes to selling. The day my fence was being installed, Jim showed up early and laid everything out and dug the corner holes so there would be no issues when the crew came. The crew was polite and very quick. They cleaned up every little piece and the fence looks awesome. I couldn't be happier with Cand C Fencing.

Mike had a very competitive price. All of the fencing companies were about 4 weeks out so that seemed to be standard. He stopped by on the second day to check out the work that his crew was doing. They had to work around a large metal object that was buried in our yard. They even tried for several hours to dig it out but had to give it up and put fence posts around it when it the hole was over 8 feet wide and they still hadn't dug it up! (I think it might be a buried tractor) They accidentally cut our cable line but it was dig safes fault because they didn't accurately chalk where the line was. They even spliced it back together for us until we could get comcast out to fix it. I did find a few fence scraps behind the fence once they were gone so I think they forgot to do a final walkthough but that didn't really bother me because they did an excellent job installing the fence. It looks great and I'm happy we went with them.

Mike Costello came out on-time and gave us a very reasonable, clear estimate that was exactly what we requested. We received quotes from a company we had used previously, as well, but it was not satisfactory. We selected Cand C. Mike's team was delayed for installation by a day purely due to heavy rain. He proactively called us to let us know what was happening and kept us informed. Communication was excellent.
The crew worked neat and smart, was friendly and cleaned everything up when done. The workmanship was excellent, and I found no issues requiring call-back. The new gates are definitely better built than the ones they replaced, and the latch hardware was much nicer. The mesh was put up neatly and they made sure that the mesh actually reached the ground, taking pains to bury it slightly as needed. It was a far better installation than our previous company.
We will happily call Cand C for any future fence needs!

Mr. Costello visited us at no cost, listened carefully, and provided us a detailed estimate complete with a diagram of the work to be performed. Mr. Costello gave us a few days' notice before the date of construction/install. On the project day he and his workers arrived at the time he promised, worked efficiently, and took care to treat our property with respect as they worked. He used quality materials and did not cut any corners. As his team neared completion we addressed one concern to him, which he immediately embraced and set about making right. He made sure to check that we were completely satisfied before wrapping things up for the day.
I would absolutely use Cand C Fencing again.

Mike Costello was delightful to work with from the time we spent with him at the Maryland Home and Garden Show, to his visit with us and the installation. He did exactly what he said he would do. The men were very careful of our plantings and the crew leaded made a very good suggestion regarding the placement of the gate. I have no reservations on recommending Cand C Fencing. As a further note, we had another company install a much larger part of the fence several years ago and I called them first expecting them to be competitive and responsive. They were neither: they would only give me a rough estimate over the phone. The reason the small section had to be replaced is that the original fence was put up by a neighbor and he would not let us replace it when we did the larger job. Kudos to Cand C!

I am most pleased with the work performed. Mike and I discussed replacing the remaining chain link with a wooden privacy fence. He has since provided an estimate and photo so I would have an idea of what the stucture would look like. Mike has been great to work with; he does not do the hard sell or up-sell, but listens to what you want and provides it.

The estimate was the lowest out of three and Mike is very low pressure--a definite plus in my book. He listened to my wishes and was able to match very well the existing styles of fencing we already had in place. Turn around time for the job was reasonable--about three weeks. They came out and worked without my being there and completed the job in two days, which was how long Mike told me it would take. The fence and gates look fantastic and seem very sturdy. They cleaned up afterwards and left the backyard looking great with no supervision from me whatsoever. I can't say enough good things about these guys!

They were very responsive to come out and give an estimate. Of the five companies I received estimates from, Cand C's was right in the middle price-wise. They sent a detailed contract ahead of time. It did take about a month for them to get me in the books for the installation. It took about 5 hours to install. Jim (one of the company owners) was onsite the whole time. He explained everything to me. The materials and installation are high quality. I would highly recommend them for fencing needs.

Responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours. Jim was on-site to provide quote within 48 hours. Recieved the quote by e-mail within 2 hours of site visit. Responded promptly to my many questions. Took care of all permits. Project was completed within the projected timeframe. Installed posts on day 1 and completed the fence the next morning. Left worksite in excellent condition. No debris. High quality workmanship and materials. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend.

Cand C Fencing was referred to me by a co-worker and I contacted them for an estimate. Mike Costello came right out and gave me an estimate and worked closely with me to answer my questions and offer alternatives on materials. Once I decided on the type of fence and material Mike placed the order with the Manufacturer. Approximately 4 weeks later Mike contacted me to let me know the material had arrived and we scheduled a date for installation. Mike and 2 workers arrived promptly on the scheduled date and by early afternoon the fence was installed. Throughout the installation Mike kept a close eye on detailes and even went the extra step to cut the bottom of the fence on the side of my house so it looked level since the ground had a slight slope. Mike and his workers did an exceptional job on the clean up. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company.
