BOW WAG KENNELS

Just picked up our sweet boxer from the ER visit he had. $1400 later, 5 medications and hopefully some much needed rest and our young family member will be on his way to a full recovery. BowWag is fully responsible for this. From the quality of care, to the poor services received. They had him stuffed in a kennel for 3 days. No walks, partial rations from the amount of food we received back. They claim our dog to be aggressive and trying to attack the employees. Never, ever, has anyone witnessed such behaviors from our dog. Infact we always get compliments on his behaviors. Vets, other boarding kennels and doggy salons all have always had positive feedback about our little guy. So I wonder what events might have taken place or what they did to him. We are a retired military family and sometimes we had to board our pup for small trips and recently family trips with kids that we sadly could not take him with us on. We thought he was in good hands. **Please be aware of this place. If you truly love your animal like family and care for thier safety and health, you will be glad not to go here. You may not be getting the same loved one back that you last saw and have grown fond of. To date this facility has taken zero responsibility for their actions!

My dogs love them there. They're great with the dogs. When we pull up there, they're not fighting with me. They go right in, fine. I've gone some places, that's not the case. They've been great. They are really good with them. They are on my refrigerator. They know me. They always come back happy and healthy.

I have used Bow Wag for about twenty years several times a year and on occasion for weeks at a time when travelling on business. They have been through several owners but the service and care of my pet has always been excellent. Have been very accommodating when having to use their services with little or no advance notice. My dog hears "Bow Wag" and she is standing at the door ready to go. Can't get a better recommendation than that.

They are really good. It's reasonable boarding and they really take care of the animals. They are really nice people and they treat the animals great. I have always had a good experience with them.

Kenneled 2 senior cats and 2 senior high maintenance dogs that had not been kenneled before. All came home happy - what a surprise as I was very worried.

We have used Bow Wag Kennel a few times in the past year. The staff is friendly and courteous. Our dog always comes home happy and healthy.

They are wonderful, and I feel comfortable taking my animals here. My dogs really enjoy the vist. They are all very gentle and nice.
