Price was reasonable, installation was fast and efficient, workers were courteous. We were very happy with the results. A few months later in the beginning of March the unit stopped heating. I called early in the morning intending to leave a message and was surprised when a person answered the phone. Within 2 hours that same day, a technician was onsite diagnosing the problem. He had it narrowed down to 1 of 3 parts, but wasn't sure which it was, so he just replaced all three. We had heat again that same day. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Allied-Phillips. I would use them again and highly recommend them whenever the subject comes up.

Allied-Phillips responded very quickly with a good price. I set up an appointment the next day and the technician was there within the scheduled time frame. The technician did a very good job and was very professional, but I was charged $100 for a part that I found out was around $11 or so on the Internet. I contacted the owner via email about the issue and he said he forwarded the issue to the technician and would get back to me the next week because the technician was on leave (the service was performed on 12/27, and it is now 01/05). I have not heard back from the owner and my check was cashed on 12/28.

The technician was very courteous and professional. He inspected the furnace and provided an estimate for a repair. Although it was in the service request, he also provided a complimentary A/C check. I recommend Allied-Phillips for your HVAC needs.

We pay $140 a year for our contract. They are familiar with our house and everything. They are courteous. We made an appointment and they came when they said they would. Punctual so far.

Very good! They are knowledgeable, they explain everything to you, he put up with my questions and that was very nice. He was able to walk me through all of my concerns and just the general operations of the HVAC system. I have used them 3 times actually and I got them off of Angie?s List. I went back to them, because I had a good experience.

I called on a Monday and got an appointment for the next day. I requested a courtesy call. The company was able to work me in earlier but I still received a courtesy call. John, the technician, arrived as agreed. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. John took the time to answer my questions and explain what he has found and steps he had taken to correct the issues.

Mike came out promptly and serviced our AC unit. He diagnosed the problem immediately. We felt that he was very professional and honest and he took the time to educate us about a future plan with our system. Also, the young lady who answered the phone was extremely efficient and helpful as well.

Noticed a/c unit wasn't working properly Saturday evening when going to bed. I call Allied-Phillips Sunday morning and left a message. Received a call back within an hour. Explained what was going on and the serviceman said he would be over in a couple of hours ( he explained he had a couple of other service calls) . He called when he was on the way. Arrived made the repair and a/c unit has been working perfectly since. Keep in mind this was a Sunday and a holiday weekend. We do have a service contract with Allied-Phillips and it is the best decision we made. They come out twice a year spring/fall to do seasonal check up and maintenance. Highly recommend.

Overall, he knew what he was talking about. He heard the noise that my HVAC was making but it wasn?t as loud as it normally was because it is the loudest at night. He wasn't really able to address the situation fully.

Service was from an Angie's list deal, so I'm not sure what the full price was. I ended up paying a little extra because the shape of my duct required an extra part to be fabricated, and that also meant the install was delayed. They got the part ready very quickly, and they respond to calls quickly and were very easy to work with.
