The crew  came one day and removed the old sidewalk and steps and installed forms for the concrete.   There was a small miscommucation on how I wanted the sidewalk and steps to be installed.   However, the foreman met me the next morning and couldn't have been any more apologetic and cooperative.   Within an hour the crew had reformed the boards the way I requested and the concrete was poured later that morning.
I had asked for shorter/wider steps and Sun Ventures did an excellent job.   When I walk up the steps now, It doesn't even feel  like I'm walking up steps.  The sidewalk and steps look great.  
Sun Ventures also did concrete work for our Homeowner's Association and all of that work looked great also.
I would definitely recommend this company again.

Person arrived and gave satisfactory estimate for installing in-ground irrigation system for my home. Once estimate was accepted, provider did not appear on scheduled date. When called, "Steve" said that the installer ("Tim")was "on vacation" and would be back the following week. No one called. When I called, "Steve" apologized and said that installer Tim would make me first person on the list when he the next week. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I think that this job (Est: $2600) was not big enough for them to travel from Harford County to my home in west Baltimore County, but if so, they should have told me. Work on my lawn will now have to wait until fall. Skip Lewis.

I think their prices are reasonable. They give me good ideas and they listen to what I want. They are good about working things out with combining my ideas with theirs. I would recommend them to others.
