Excellent service, technician returned my call within 5 minutes and was at my residence within 2 hours. Technician was pleasant and polite, extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions in how to maintain our doors to avoid problems in the future. The price that he charged was fantastic and fair. Gilmer was great! He originally had difficulty getting the remote controls to work but he came back with a new motor opener and installed it. It was a belt drive which was so much quieter than our previous chain drive opener. He was able to program the remotes and the door works great! Gilmer also worked to set up the App on our phones to remotely open/ close the door. I told him he was very patient as that took some time. Overall I was very pleased working with Gilmer and would recommend to any family and or friends.

He was honest and professional, offered a good price for a quolity garage opener and installation, included fixing the door and even offered to clear garage around door himself as my husband and I are older people with back pain problems. On the day of installation he came on time and finished the job faster than we expected. He did an excellent job and explained clearly and throughly how to use our new garage opener.
