Been using them since 2005. They are non responsive, I have called them 3 times now for the prebuy program to buy gas at a certain price at the beginning of the year. The invoicing system is terrible because it doesn't give you a balance on your account. They don't offer the prebuy so you have to call them. They never ante up at the end of year in terms of what you purchased and what you agreed to buy. I called and asked to speak with accounting for a copy of detailed billing 2 times now and was told they would get it to me and it has been over 2 weeks and still have not gotten it.
