Auto Towing Service
I called the Frank's Towing dispatcher for a tow, and was quoted a price of $75. After arriving, picking up my car (wheel lift) and dropping it off, I was given a bill for $75 plus $35 mileage charge. I would been okay with that if I had been told those were the rates from the start, but feel I was misled by the dispatcher telling me the charge was $75 after I gave her the pickup and drop-off locations. On the other hand, the truck arrived about when the dispatcher said he would, and did a good job hooking up my car and dropping it off.
