Real Comfort Systems Heating and Cooling

My house was going on the market, and a home inspection for the buyer was scheduled in mere days. In true Murphy's Law fashion, the HVAC system died right beforehand. So I read the reviews of other customers who used Real Comfort Systems, and they were all positive. I contacted them, explained the situation, and they sent a technician (Dillon) right away. It took a lot of work for Dillon to fix the entire system, as the compressor and all its electrical components on my system had died, and the work extended into a holiday weekend. Indeed, Dillon was scheduled to be off on one day, but he worked on my system anyway. In the end, everything got fixed just in time, and it all worked perfectly. I cannot say enough good words about how fantastic this experience was. Real Comfort came through on a difficult job, and did it under an extreme time crunch. This company is totally customer-driven, and the technicians are professional as well as knowledgeable. They saved the day for me. I wholly recommend Real Comfort Systems with no hesitation and would use them again.

They were very efficient installing a brand new heating and a/c systems. Quick, economical recommending a life time warranty and coming out twice a year to do seasonal checkups. If you call they come out the same day. They are also a small family owned business. I recommend them because they are reputable and fair!

Their quotes were outrageous in comparison to the other companies. They were not able to help me because I had the new system was put in, so I went with another company. I would have a had a long wait for something that cost me more. At the beginning, I really liked them. The people that came out to do the maintenance were very nice and helpful.

In stallion went smoothly. Also had them use my existing oil furnace as the emergency heat instead of the resistance heating . That saves money.

They were absolutely excellent. They were prompt. courteous, and they came when they were suppose to come. They were a local company, there were no high pressure sales or techniques, and provided me with only information that I needed about the system and as well as their company. I was pleased with their price. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs bigger heating system or nature system service.

They did a great job and the guys were really good. They were here all day and stayed to explain the system, because it had a different kind of key panel than I was used to. They called and followed up afterwards to check to see if I had any problems and how the system was working.  I checked with four or five different companies and they were trying to sell me all this stuff. When he came out I showed him the proposals. He told me the unit they proposed was too big for my house and it was not going to work. He said it cost too much money and that my ductwork would not have worked. My new system comes with a lifetime warranty on the major parts. None of the other companies had that.

The Real Change Team came on time and were very professional. They covered their shoes so not to drag in dirt from the outside. They did an overview of what services they would be providing. Did a system check, which included filter, freon, system and overall working order of my inside and outside AC/heating unit. They then went to work doing my duct cleaning. They worked fast and efficiently. They went from room to room and left the room in the condition it was in to begin with. I did not have to clean up behind them.
They sat down with me and to go over anything they found that might be a concern, gave me recommendations as to enhance the preformance of my AC. They were not pushy, just informative.
The bill was detailed and easy to read. Price was very fair and worth it. I will be using them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.
