The finished product is top-notch and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Custom Concepts uses high-quality materials and doesn't cut corners. Mike and Danny (the owners of the company) are extremely patient too and in constant communication throughout the project planning and project execution phases. Their crew (in particular Nicholas) was professional and hard-working. We highly recommend Custom Concepts for any project related to the exterior of your home. You won't be disappointed!

Custom Concepts Construction recently replaced the cedar siding on our house with Hardie siding. This included Hardie siding, Hardie trim, and new gutters. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and quality, and our house looks spectacular. We are also very happy with the attention to detail and how they made sure that everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Everybody at Custom Concepts Construction was knowledgeable, professional, organized, and responsive throughout the whole project. Mike was easy to work with for the estimates, has a lot of knowledge and experience, and he did not pressure us for a sale. Danny was great to work with during the project. He is knowledgable and extremely responsive to all our questions and issues. The crew lead Q was also great to work with. We could ask him anything about the work and issues that we saw and he would take care of them. Our experience with Custom Concepts Construction was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. I can strongly recommend Custom Concepts Construction.

I received approximately five bids for this project. Custom Concepts' submitted a proposal with the lowest price and no compromises on the trim material. Every step of he process was conducted in an organized and professional manner from the initial contact, estimate, contract, pre-planning, installation, and follow-up. While we did have a couple of bumps along the way, each was handled in a very professional manner with upmost attention to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Custom Concepts Construction.

Went very well. They scheduled the first visit for estimate promptly.
Company rep Clifton provided me good door options and worked with me to select the product and customize the options. The company provided custom proposals for other work I am interested in doing.
The company provided a project manager. The company provided regular communications to discuss schedule.
The door installation was scheduled 2 weeks later and completed in 7 hours.
The installers were professional, expert installers, and they made sure I was satisfied with the quality of the job and the clean up.
I'll use this contractor again for additional upgrades to my home.

It turns out to be very true. Mike and Danny are very easy to communicate with. The whole process went very well from the design to the final construction. The partners they choose are also very clean and delivering excellent work We also love our integrity wood windows, which is recommended by custom concept.<br/>This is our first time with construction company. Job went very well and they understood exactly what I was looking to achieve in this small modification. All work was done in a professional manner. By building a header under the flat roof it created the perfect look with the new siding on it, that it looks like its part of the house now. I could not be any happier. I knew I wanted to use the James Hardy siding and they knocked it out of the field getting my house done. Its not just the neatness of the work, professionalism of their team, but the attitude towards their clients and needs that make them a step above the rest. My house looks like a new home now and I'm so happy with the look!

All went very well, The crew was on time, worked diligently, and was very protective of my property. They installed plastic sheeting to insure that dust etc. did not get all over the house and to keep some of the cold out! The work turned out perfect, and the crew did a great job in cleaning up each day before they left. The job supervisor and the onsite leader were very responsive to my questions, and made a few minor adjustments at my suggestion.

Danny Harper and his team were great to work with on a rather extensive porch project. They paid close attention to detail and quickly addressed any questions or concerns that came up. When there was an issue concerning timing, planning, and scheduling work around another contractor, Danny asked, "What would you like to do, and we will work to make it happen." We were completely satisfied with the project.

We live in a house that gets straight on sunlight. As a result our cedar siding needed painting very often-an expensive proposition. the siding was also very old and needed replacing. We heard about Hardie Board from some contractors and also some friends who had it. We contacted Custom Concepts and went to see a completed job. We liked it so we contracted with them to put Hardie Board on the front of our house. The job started well enough and progressed quickly. However, the siding did not look like the pictures and we were not happy with it. (I don't think they were either). We all noticed that there were "waves" in the siding and that it was faulty. (This was a Hardie problem not Custom Concepts). The Custom Concepts people presented us with other options and we picked a different Hardie siding. Custom Concepts was very cooperative and worked as quickly as they could to get the replacement siding. All of this resulted in a delay, the removal of the original siding and installation of the new siding. Some days we had as many as 5 people working at the house to get it done. Additionally, as the work progressed it was discovered that several walls were rotted out (we live in an oldish house) and needed to be repaired and they performed that work as well. They also replaced our deck in the front of the house (not with Hardie Board). The end result is that our house looks great- it just took way longer than we thought it would-although not the fault of Custom Concepts. The whole crew was friendly and responsive and came immediately when there was a problem.

They had a team of 3-4 guys that were expert on Hardy Plank installation. Removing the old siding turned out to be a pretty large job and they were up to the challenge. They also installed an additional layer of foil insulation between the siding and older insulation. We had concerns about how Hardie Plank would look on the dormers with our logs on our log home but it turned out to be a beautiful compliment to our logs. They cleaned up very well and the small details like joints, batons and flashing were done professionally. We will use them again in the future for any of our improvement needs, I am sure...Terry

Custom Concepts is an excellent company to work with. The owners, Danny and Mike, are clearly knowledgeable about home construction. They have installed James Hardie siding (replacing 1950 installed wood siding), replaced my roof, replaced my deck surface and railing, and install new windows. Anyone looking to use James Hardie siding should contact them for an estimate. They know what they are doing with this product. I previously have had Hardie installed on my addition and it was not installed properly. The roof, new gutters, new windows look great. In particular, the deck looks fabulous. The office team is great to work with. Everyone is very polite and they answer emails promptly. Based on other estimates that I got for the above projects, I believe they are very competitive.

Custom Concepts Construction did a wonderful job remodeling 2 bedrooms in our home, which included building out closets, painting, drywall and flooring. The customer service that we received was excellent. They made the difficult process of remodeling easy. They took care of everything and the job was done on time and within our budget. The quality of the work is superb. We will definitely be using Custom Concepts for all of our future remodeling projects and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great contractor.

They do fantastic work and they are perfectionists. They installed beautiful hardwood floors throughout my lower level They were punctual and neat in their work habits. They did some other work in 2010 and 2011. In 2010, they completely remodeled my master bathroom, cabinetry a walk in shower including tile work. My master bath now looks like a magazine photo. In 2011, they built an outdoor shed. They took extra time and care to match similar materials and the design of my home. They've done several smaller jobs in my home as well i.e. recessed lighting, ceiling fans, carpentry and drywall work. Each time they have exceeded my expectations.When the job was complete, they left my home as clean as it was at the start of the job. They even swept and shop vacuumed their work area. I would highly recommend this company.

They have done Hardie Plank Siding and replaced and existing porch deck that wraps around my home. It is absolutely beautiful! They also put a new roof on at the same time! I am thoroughly impressed with the workmanship! They were a big help by leading me in the visualization of the materials that we were going to use. They gave great advice on what materials were going to go well together and which materials would hinder the beauty of the job, as those can be some expensive mistakes to make!
