Replaced a roof on our Home and Spring House. Did not install flashing around entire house and chimney and now the roof leaks into the second floor. It's ruined the renovation to the second floor. Called to complain and was told to "kiss my a**"....

Awful, he put in windows that were discontinued and didn't tell us and now they a leaking and the seals are broke and it has only been 6 years and after two years we replaced the kitchen window. He is a awful contractor.

y When the windows were put in he scratched and messed up my dish washer leaning over to fix one of the windows and his remarked oH you can fix that with a little touch up. About a year later while cleaning the windows I noticed that about 5 of the top halfs of the windows had a white spot and I proceeded to call him. When I reached him he told me that it happened to
about 5 other people that he put those windows in for and his answer was "I don't make the windows I just put them in."
He also told me that those windows were life time and now says that the company went out of business.
I got on the computer and looked up Crystal windows and contacted a representative, who is now trying to help up take
care of the problem and then I had to find a business that would replace gas filled windows, because the company didn't go out of business they just don't make that window anymore. I am still waiting for Crystal to send us money to replace the glass.
I later found out the James Moats bought those windows at either a warehouse or auction for discontinued windows.
He goes around lying to people and I really don't want anybody else having this problem. I looks bad and also lets the
heat and air conditioning out of the house.

They did a very good job and they were hard workers. They had an excellent price. I had a roof leak and they came out within two days. They checked it out and took care of the problem. They are quality people. I would most definitely use them again in the future.
