Tony came over during his lunch time because I was off that day, and fixed a flourescent light in the basement. This was the second time I used him. The first time he came out he replaced 2 light fixtures in the crawl space, a flourescent light in the basement, and split my outside lights so that I had 2 on/off switches instead of one.

Our old chandelier broke at the top and luckily didn't fall to the floor. We were able to grab it and remove the chandelier and left the chain hanging. We bought a new one and I called Master Resources and left a voice mail for them to call back. Tony returned the call within 20 minutes and set up an appointment that was timely and that suited my schedule. He was here promptly at the time scheduled and proceeded to install our new chandelier. He had to bring in a 14' A-frame ladder to do the work and was very careful not to hit anything in the house with it, which considering the smaller size of our entry area was quite a feat. He was very patient in adjusting the length of chain until both my husband and I were satisfied with it. After finishing he cleaned up the little bit of trash there was. The new chandelier looks great and he was professional for the entire time.
