DURING THE INITIAL VISIT, MR. MURK DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER CONTRACTOR HAD SAID TO REPLACE SYSTEM AFTER A 15 MINUTE EXAMINATION. MR, MURK SURVEYED AND FOUND ONE PART NEEDING REPLACEMENT. HE HAD TO ORDER IT AND IT TOOK A WEEK TO GET. HE WAS PROMPT AND ALWAYS RESPONSIVE TO CALLS.

GARY IS A VERY HONEST PERSON. MOST OFTEN THAN NOT HEATING/A/C COMPANIES INSTALL THING THAT YOU MAY NOT NECESSARILY NEED. GARY IS VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS REASONABLY PRICED.
