DECK CLEANING BY MID-ATLANTIC

It went ok not the best day to do this because of the rain...

The coating was sprayed on and was thin in certian areas.  Also overspray on the grass by 3-4"  After being promised by the owner Chuck Nigrin, that the cracks would be sealed and "they'd take care of us" the work was terrible. The cracks were not sealed over and their attempt to do so left rough and thick coating on both side of the cracks.  I called and left a message with my dissatisfaction and my call was not returned.

They were on time, pleasant, professional and came prepared, The compressor failed during the washing but the technician had a spare and completed the washing in only a few hours. We will probably use them again in two years. 

Very promptly called back and made appointment to come out for an estimate.  Sent estimate the following day via e-mail.  Called back in response to a question and we set up a tentative date for initial piower washing.  Weather delayed the application of sealant.  Did not like the fact that they only applied two coats to certain areas giving an uneven appearance.  The area where two coats were applied dried very slowly and ended up with rain splotches.  Some stain actually washed away.  The deck repels water very well and I am hoping that after another coat, the uneven appearance will look better.

It went fine. There was a longer than expected time between power washing and sealing because of weather, but Chuck was very good about calling and keeping me informed about his schedule. We have used him before and his prices are very reasonable.

Excellent. We needed the job done quickly and they changed their schedule to fit us in. The job itself was extremely well done. We had guests the next weekend and received several comments as to the appearance of the deck.

This is the second time I have used this company - I have been very satisfied both times. It took awhile to get it done - rain, rain and more rain - but when they said they would come, they did.

This is my third experience with this company. Each time they arrived on time and completed the job in a timely professional manner

I called them in April and spoke with his wife who was extremely nice and friendly and she said that someone would be out and leave an estimate on the door. The next afternoon the estimate ($285)along with brochures of what stain they would use was on my front door. We didn't like the stain they used so we bought our own and he took off $75. He said he would be out on Thursday, May 17 and would call ahead. He didn't call so we called him and someone did come out on the 17th and powerwashed the deck. It only took about 25 minutes. I asked when they would be back to stain and was told it would be done in the beginning of the next week. By Wednesday, no one had called and so we had to call again, but he was very nice and said that someone would be out the following afternoon. They came and stained the deck. It looks great and the price is very reasonable, but the response could have been better.
