Professional, trustworthy, reliable...the list goes on and on. I highly recommend Jay's quality work and his honesty and reasonable prices. I will use him again without hesitation for HVAC work. As a woman, booking service professionals for your home can be very intimidating and my lack of knowledge has been taken advantage of before so I appreciated his explanation of what he was doing and what needed to be done and educating me about my system. I have had the same thing fixed before and paid 3 times what he charged albeit that was an emergency weekend call during subzero weather.
