I spoke with the owner's nephew Jonathon for an estimate. He showed up on time and was extremely courteous. We walked through the property and discussed the work to be done. He made some notes and called with an estimate later that evening. He came in way under in price than other estimates I received.
The crew showed up on time and got started immediately. One guy did hit a water pipe below the shutoff valve with a sledge hammer, and we had to call the water company to come out and turn the valve off at the street. Not a big deal though. The finished the job in one day and did great work.
