My basement flooded from a broken pipe. Mike came out the very next day and began the water mitigation. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Took the time explain what he'd be doing and within a few hours he moved furniture and set up all the necessary equipment to dry out my wet basement. I highly recommend RestoreUNow and would definitely used them again!!

My area is now completely fresh, clean, dry and restored to its original condition. I couldn't be more satisfied or relieved. Mike was great to work with. He explained every step in the process and was both professional and personable. He went out of his way to make sure things were done right and even re-lit the pilot light on my water heater so I wouldn't have to call my plumber back.
Description of Work: When I discovered that a water leak had completely soaked my new carpeting and partially damaged the drywall in the finished area of my basement, I was frazzled and upset. Relief came when I enlisted the services of RestoreUNow. Owner Mike Phelps arrived very shortly after my initial call, along with the equipment he needed to begin the process. He personally monitored the equipment and progress for four days. After inspecting the carpet pad, he recommended to my insurance company that I get a new pad. He facilitated the delivery and installation of the pad and re-securing of the carpet. He came again to inspect the completion of the work and shampooed the carpet as a final step.

It went perfectly...he ran some tests, and looked over all the areas to decide whether or not we needed to file a claim. He was very thorough and efficient! Best news of all was that we would be okay! He gave us assurance through his expertise in the business.
