Got Electric called me within 15 minutes of my putting in the request in Angie's List. Jason listened and set up an appointment within two hours. Patrick and Scott showed up on time, listened, and surveyed the issue. Then they explained what they were going to do, and kept me in the loop, and talked to me so I understood. They were very professional, polite, and skilled. When they finished, I felt assured they had fixed the issue. And they cleaned up afterward, too. I am very pleased and will call them again for any electrical issues.

Got Electric installed a replacement ceiling fixture and replaced the switch with a dimmer switch. I was very pleased with the service. The two technicians arrived promptly and were very courteous and pleasant. They worked efficiently and in a professional manner. After the work was completed, they took extra time to explain the operation of the new features. The work area was completely cleaned when they were done. In addition, they were proactive in asking me about my wishes on different aspects of the installation. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Got Electric is SUPERB! They had great reviews here and PROVED that they deserve them! Jason took my call and was a delight and scheduled the appointment. Excellent communication. John & Will called me because they had finished their previous job early and gave me the option of having them come to me early. THEY ARE AMAZING! Knowledgeable & great communication! Excellent work practices - drop cloths to protect work areas, all the right equipment, really listened and thoroughly checked out each issue, and then sat with me to discuss a plan & pricing. They were delightful. Great couple of hours getting all the lighting in the house back in working order. HIRE THEM!

Working with Got Electric was easy (Jason in the office and John Lentz in the field). They came out and inspected my panel box (older box that didn't have a master breaker) and put my mind at ease that it was safe. Because I had a GFCI breaker in the panel box that was linked to bathroom GFCI receptacles, they informed me that the cause of the breaker tripping was likely the dual GFCIs in both locations. Not only did they replace the GFCI breaker with a normal breaker, but they also tested the GFCI receptacles to determine that they weren't properly wired between the two bathrooms. They then fixed the wiring so that all was properly done. John was friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions (I manage this rental property that used to be my residence). They spent the full hour ensuring that all was done correctly. I would absolutely hire this company again for electrical needs.

Time was too long and as the price is hourly, it would have helped if they had less discussions and just did the work. They did a good job and we have no complaints. Only they probably could have saved an hour of the time. Otherwise they were polite, friendly and professional.

I called Got Electric to schedule an appointment to have my garbage disposal fixed. The electrician asked me questions about what was happening and then proceeded to walk me through the process of how to fix it. By the end of the call my garbage disposal was working again. I really appreciate the professional service I received.

For 5 years I'd been looking for a first-call electrician since my first-call of 12 years retired. Got to know Got Electric a year earlier as a sub during out kitchen renovation. Working with their team was superb, both in the office and in our home. This year, new closet lighting was needed. Not hugely difficult, but requiring thought and precision. We identified the lighting and switches. One unexpected challenge was addressed at the breaker panel. My first-call.

Got Electric came out to anchor and wire a ceiling fan in my son's nursery this week and the two techs did a fantastic job. They arrived right on schedule and got the work done fast. They were kind, courteous, effective. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. The price ended up being less than I was quoted which was great! Would definitely hire them again.

We'd picked Got Electric even though their prices were slightly higher than other companies, because their estimate was so thorough and professional. We had no doubt that the company knew exactly what work was needed, and that we weren't going to suddenly be confronted by unexpected additional work and costs. When the work crew arrived on the first day, the crew boss was very happy to see that the estimate *exactly* matched the actual work! The crew was there for three days, exactly as estimated. They arrived promptly each day, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. All the work was done very well; we're very pleased with the results. When the crew discovered that one of the new lights had arrived with the glass broken, they notified us right away, and agreed to come back to install the light when the replacement arrived. They even opted (without being asked) to delay charging us the final $250 *after* the final light was installed. Overall, we were super pleased with Got Electric, and we'll definitely hire them again the next time we have electrical work to be done!

The electrician was on time and did an excellent job. He also answered some questions about other possible projects. Very happy with the work.

The tech arrived on time (7:30am!). The tech took a look at all of the smoke detectors, and suggested that I upgrade to a combination smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector as the county standards have changed. He had them on hand, and quickly and efficiently installed one on each floor. I asked that he install them first so that if there was any unexpected chirping he would be on hand to address it. He moved on to fix the power problem in my family room. He addressed the problem, and then checked each outlet in the room (total of 5). He then verified that each outlet worked. Once he completed everything, he gave me plenty of time to test each outlet myself. I was completed satisfied that everything was fixed. The service was completed in 1hr, 45min. I found the tech to be friendly and professional. He came prepared with the products and necessary equipment to complete the work. I am a satisfied customer, and will definitely call this company again for any future electrical work I need, and have also recommended them to my co-workers and family.
