I can't say enough good things about Bush Creek! I had an overgrown tree that was in desperate need of removal. I contacted Bush Creek after finding them on Angie's List. I had contacted other companies but they were too expensive or didn't return my call. I was impressed when their 2 trucks and 3-man crew arrived for my small job! Call these guys! You will not be disappointed!

They came with four workers, the right equipment, and took their time getting it right, They did a superb job of cleaning up all the debris when they were done. We'd recommend them to our neighbors.

I couldn't ask for a better company to work with. After 30 days of extremely high quotes and less than timely responses, I decided to call Josh at Bush Creek. He was on site three days later and, lucky for me, he had room in his schedule the following day. Bush Creek kept every promise, were the least expensive and went above and beyond in terms of cleaning up the area after the work was completed. We couldn't be happier with their service and they will be first on my list the next time i need tree work done. My only regret is not calling Josh and his team first when I started looking for help.

The team showed up a few minutes early and got straight to work. There are very small streets where I live and they still managed to get everything done without having any of their trucks in the way of traffic. They needed to take out a part of my neighbor's fence and they put it back as if it was never touched. They were constantly cleaning the job site, and if it weren't for the holes from the grinder you would never know any work was done. They were very affordable and did amazing work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree services!

Excellent! Within one week of my call to Bush Creek Tree Service and in accommodation of my limited availability, Josh walked my property and my neighbor’s to give an estimate after storm-related tree damage. He discussed the issues and ensured clear expectations for all involved. The next day we received a written estimate with a detailed description of the project, along with supporting documents - insurance, license, certification. Upon our approval, we were scheduled for work just three business days following the estimate. Josh arrived with crew to ensure the project would be completed as planned. The crew was highly competent, working with caution to prevent any damage to property/person, and completed the job smoothly and efficiently. Josh and his team were professional, polite and super tidy. We will be sure to turn to Bush Creek again. Highly recommend.

They were friendly, punctual, and knowleadgable about what they were doing. Very easy to work with and would definitely use again!!

They cleaned up after themselves which was nice and took away all of the debris. They were reasonably priced and thorough at their job.

Bush Creek trimmed a Bradford Pear (I think) tree in my front yard.  It has been several years since the tree was trimmed and it was getting fairly large, starting to over hang my neighbor's property, and touching my house.  Josh showed up to look at the tree and provide me an estimate.  He was timely and professional.  We agreed on the price right then (this was my third, and cheapest, estimate for the work) and he was able to schedule the trimming the very next day.  The crew did a great job.  The tree looks very good and they cleaned up every bit of debris from the work.

We had about a 40 foot silver maple in our front yard that we wanted removed.  The estimates were all around the same price.  With this estimate, the owner provided proof of insurance/licenses w/o us even asking - I liked that.  The owner was great to work with.  We plan on stump removal at a later time.  It's a relief to have it gone now - no more debris from this tree.

This is the second time I've used Bush Creek Tree service and they are excellent. The office was very polite in setting up my consult/estimate, the estimate was done quickly, and the work was done soon after I signed for the service. I was given plenty of advance notice when they were coming and they arrived on time. Work was done quickly and expertly. They had to take down a very large tree that was up against my neighbor's fence and there were no problems at all, no damage to the fence. The cleaned up the driveway after they mulched all of the branches.
Very good, reliable company. Will definitely use their services again.

This company was one of the few who responded to phone calls for estimates, followed up with an actual visit for an estimate, and had a reasonable price for the work. I was mostly pleased with the work, but was concerned they missed one of the trees while I wasn't home, so they promised to follow-up. To date, that has not occurred, but to be fair, to date, they have not billed for the associated work either. The dealings I did have with this company were friendly and professional - am just not sure what happened after the initial work was done.

Two man team performed the removal of a dead tree. They worked with my constraints regarding a nearby fence and dropped the tree very precisely with no collateral damage. They cut up the tree and spread the pieces in the adjacent woods as I wanted. Work was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

They gave us a few options to schedule the work. The really worked with us to make it convenient for us. They showed at the schedule time and did the work. They did an excellent job cleaning up. They were in our yard for over five hours.

They were the third company I contacted and had the lowest price by far, almost half the money of other firms. They showed up when they said they would, did the work in one day and cleaned up the debris very well. I was told the price was so competitive because jobs were few in January and February.

The crew arrived in the morning and knocked on the door to announce their arrival. They asked if I'd walk with them and they showed me everything they were going to do and asked for my input and made sure before they started that we agreed on what was to be done.
They went quickly to work and were very professional and careful not to let falling limbs crash down on any property or delicate landscaping, etc. I was very impressed with their work ethic. They also ended up trimming along the fence lines and driveway of the entire property because there were some overhanging limbs here and there that were unsightly and a bit of a nuisance for me when I try to cut the grass nearby.
Once they were finished they walked around the entire property and made sure they hadn't left any mess.
These guys did more than they had promised and they left the place looking great!

I know because there was a lot of damage in our area from the storm, all the tree removal companies were slammed. It took quite some time for them to return my call, then it took a couple of weeks for them to come out and give us an estimate. Once we approved the estimate, (which was basically the next day) it took about 3 weeks to get the job completed. We had to cut our 30' Bradford Pear up ourselves as we couldn't wait that long due to it's location that it fell in the yard. Overall, they removed 2 trees, removed huge branches that were stuck in 4 trees and reshaped what was left of our Bradford Pear. They cut the wood into fireplace length and neatly stacked it near the sites of the removed trees. They chipped and removed all brush. Once the job was complete, we were extremely pleased with the service and would definitely use them again. The only discouraging part was the amount of time from when the first call was placed, to receiving the estimate, to have the job completed. I would hope given the circumstances of the hurricane that under normal curcumstances, it wouldn't take nearly 2 months to get a job done. Their pricing was the best of the estimates that we received and we are very happy with the completed job!!
