Joel was awesome. He was the gold standard of professionals because I had to initially leave a voice mail and he called me back within an hour or two! I feel like that never happens, but Joel made it clear he wanted my business and kept in touch. He was professional, straightforward, and affordable. He clearly has a wealth of experience because he was confident in telling me what he thought I'd need over the phone without ever even needing to see my house in advance. He was thorough and fast when cleaning my carpets. The cleaning made the house look like new! And the good clean smell and feel lingered for weeks, even in high trafficked areas like my stairs. I would recommend Joel to anyone, he was amazing!

Joel did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in our 3-level town home. His knowledge and experience, combined with his professional customer service ethic, was a definite bonus. Scheduling was easy, and he was very cognizant of all of our concerns. Joel was easy to work with, and taught me a lot about my carpets, and I wish that I had called him many years ago, which would have kept my carpets, and other furnishings, in better condition. This is one professional service that I would gladly use every year just to keep the house fresh and clean.
