Joel is great - super friendly, professional and does quality work at a reasonable price.  What more could you ask for?  My old carpets looked fantastic and dried quickly.  I could not have been more pleased with the work that was performed.

We had a foundation crack in our just over a year old home, and water seeped into the basement soaking up the carpet. We peeled away the carpet and cutaway and got rid of soaked padding. After the drywall was opened to find the crack and then the crack fixed and drywall repaired and painted, we called Joel to take care of the carpet. This all happened in December and I was anxious to get everything done before the New Year. Joel was very accessible and responsive to my calls and very helpful with assessing the repair work over the phone. He came on New Year's eve to make everything look and smell better than new! He has worked on a neighbor's house as well. Will recommend him to anyone with carpet issues. Thanks, Joel!

Joel did great, cleaned all carpets, spot treated and it was wonderful.

Joel's service was perfect. In both instances he was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice within a few days. He arrived exactly when he said he would, calling when he was on his way. He uses a very effective set of cleaning equipment and removed virtually all stains and odors from the carpets in both houses. Joel is very pleasant to work with, informative about carpet maintenance, and very reasonably priced. A true master at his work. I highly recommend his services.

Very pleasant, nice and accommodating. No extra charges for removing stains that required more than 1 try. Moved furniture to clean all areas of carpet. The family room carpet, more than 10 years old, was cleaned so well it looked much almost new. The wear pattern in one area was the only give away.

Joel is a true professional and perfectionist. He did an amazing job fixing the mistakes of the absolutely worst previous carpet installation one could possibly imagine. In fact, I had to twist his arm to try to do the job because he initially didn't think he could do it to his high professional standards. He stretched and reinstalled the carpet, and I couldn't be happier with the results. In the end, even he had to admit that he had done a great job.
Also, he responded to calls in a timely manner, was punctual, very pleasant to interact with, provided a very accurate estimate, and offered the best price to boot. I am very picky, but I absolutely and completely recommend him and will definitely use him for any carpet work in the future again.

Joel is knowledgable, courteous, and professional. He arrived on-time and was prompt in returning phone calls. The carpets looked terrific when he left and didn't take that long to dry. He even got the pet stains out. We think he does a great job and we will continue to use him and would definitely recommend him.

They were very good. We were really happy with them. The price was fair. They came highly recommended from a friend. If it is good enough for her it is just as good enough for me. We were very pleased and I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again in the future.
