He was really good, he was the only carpet cleaning guy that we hire for authorized dogs he used a proprietary mixer to cure the carpet that was really good thing about him, his very meticulous his very detailed. His the very best carpet cleaning we ever hired.

I researched carpet cleaning thoroughly on the internet and Brown's Carpet cleaning was the 2nd name on Angie's list. I had seen a few videos of Andre Brown doing his work so called him to ask about some of the methods he used and he told me what I wanted to hear. I booked his services through Angie's list and he came out and did everything we had talked about. Andre is a nice guy, professional and explained everything as well as removing a rust stain from my kitchen carpet. The hallway was an extra and cost me $35 which I was happy to pay for. the carpet was mostly dry that evening but I let it dry overnight. I wanted to feel the carpet in the bedroom the next day so I laid down on it and happened to fall asleep. I woke up and my dog was beside me. We are both happy with Brown's Carpet Cleaning. I recommend Andre and his services to anyone in the DC area looking for carpet cleaning as he knows what he is doing and is thorough. I will definitely use his services again. He took before and after pictures so he has the forensic evidence. I can leave that up to him. Thanks, Andre.

Furniture and carpets were cleaned well but he could not get out two large black spots from the rug. When he left I sprayed Shout on the spots and they came right out. Don't know why he could not get them out.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Brown's Discount Carpet Care for a 3 story townhome. I truly love this company. Everytime I contact this business for carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, etc. they are very responsive and professional. Andre was very responsive and came right away. I was busy working from home and had other workmen there when he arrived, so didn't really review his work before he left. He did the entire basement and did a good job getting a couple of spots of the stairs that I'd pointed out, but the spots on the rest of the carpet were still mostly there after he left. I had little trouble getting these up myself with a spot remover and sponge, but I had called him so I wouldn't have to do this myself. I was in a hurry to get things done before my house went on the market and was disappointed.

They cleaned our carpets last week - and it looks great now! We had many food and other stains around the place (dog is helping a lot with that)). They are gone now! They came on time and was very professional. 1st he inspected the carpet, and went right to work attacking every spot and stain, you can tell he knew exactly what he was doing. After seeing the finished product I was amazed at how bright my carpet looked, for that carpet hadn't been cleaned in years. He is so excellent and confident in his work, that he took before and after pictures so I could see a huge difference. My living room and dinning room looked like I had all new furniture just from a beautifully cleaned carpet. I will definitely use Discount Carpet Care again.

This is a great company made my carpet like new I have 2 huge dogs and you will never know I do If you don't see my dogs. They really are professional I have recommended them to several people including my friend that owns a night club he was about to replace the carpet until this company cleaned his carpet. Use them you will not be disappointed
