My experience with Will's Decorating was outstanding! The staff were professional, timely and extremely helpful. I stopped by Will's to schedule a consultation for drapes. During our discussion, I gave them an overview of my style, preferences and I left a decorative pillow that I wanted my drapes match. I was scheduled for an in-home appointment 2 days later. Valerie, the Will's representative, arrived at my home on time with an array of color swatches that were excellent matches to the pillow. After an hour or so of looking through the swatches, I selected a fabric for my drapes and placed an order. I was given at estimated installation of date of 5 weeks, but to my surprised it took approximately of 3 weeks for my drapes to be custom made and installed. Wow... was all I could say! I was contacted on the day my drapes were complete and they were installed the next day. The measurements for my drapes were perfect and so was the installation. Valerie was there the entire time, overseeing everything. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. I highly recommend Will's if you are looking for experienced interior design professionals, who know their stuff and who are committed to providing superior customer service. Valerie took the time to walk me through each blind style, she is very knowledgeable and answered my plethora of questions, came to the house to show me samples, and worked with me on the best selections within my budget. The services went extremely well. Michael and his sister, Valerie, are wonderful to work with. They truly have a business that they love. They are professional and friendly and always had suggestions to help bring my visions and plans to fruition. Valerie worked with me to get the drapes I needed at a price I wanted to pay. Both she and Michael are knowledgeable about their products. Their store has a very welcoming and motivating atmosphere. I went there many times as I planned for paint color and fabric. Valerie and Michael were so helpful and really great to work with. They guided me every step of the way helping me coordinate my decisions regarding drapery fabric and style, paint color and wood flooring. I couldn't make up my mind because there are so many options to choose from and they were so patient and understanding with me. It's a one stop shop where you can select your paint colors from their huge selection of Benjamin Moore paint and numerous wood flooring options. Mirage flooring is beautiful-check it out! Great prices too!

Valerie and Michael are wonderful to work with. They are very professional and knowledgeable about options for your home Decorating needs. Valerie came to my home and helped me select the right look in window treatments for each of my rooms. She had many options and quickly helped me select what worked well for my family and my home. And she made sure that it all worked well together. My house looks beautiful. I do not have a flair for decorating but thankfully both Valerie and Michael do. They are very patient and make you feel completely relaxed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be using them from now on for any decorating needs I have. It was great working with a small business - with people who really care about your needs, are extremely knowledgeable about their products, and are enthusiastic about the work. Valerie came to our house and helped us pick out Hunter Douglas blinds (which turned out to be cheaper than the ones I had priced at Home Depot and Lowe's). With her decorating experience, she also helped us with curtains and custom made shutters for our kitchen. Valerie also helped us pick out tiles for our kitchen back splash - which have gotten rave reviews from our friends (they've never seen anything like it!) . After this experience, i will come to Wills again- maybe next time for help with carpets. (Mike who works in the store was also very helpful and funny!)

I made an appointment with Valerie Kabelac to help me choose new window treatments for my living room and dining room. Valerie helped me choose the style and fabrics that best fit my windows, keeping in mind the personal style and the furniture and rugs in each room. The personal service was wonderful. Valerie brought several fabric books, drapery rods, etc. to my house so that I could choose the things that I liked. The final products were well made, great quality and delivered and installed on time. It was an a great experience and Valerie made it simple and stressless.

The help was excellent. I was doing a kitchen remodel and needed help picking flooring and paint that would co-ordinate with cabinets and granite and hold up to a busy household that includes a big dog. Michael and his staff gave me excellent advice, the floor and the paint look wonderful and clean beautifully. Michael and his staff are very helpful and attentive, I have being going there for years and will continue to count on Will’s Decorating for my decorating needs.

I will be using Will's for many years to come.

Will's Home Decorating gave excellent service. The paint were very good quality. They have good customer service.

It went very well. We've used them for 30 years. The price was pretty high the last time we used them because we had a lot of work done. They are good. The price was in line for what we were looking to spend so we didn't spend a lot of time looking. They are not the cheapest by any means. They are probably middle of the road.

Everyone at Will's was a pleasure to work with as always. Extremely knowledgeable, patience and very helpful as we struggled to decide on paint and carpet colors. The carpet install went smoothly and the installers were very nice, neat and efficient. We used the low odor version of Benjamin Moore paint that they sell, which I love. We also got several room darkening shades which are so much nicer than the ones we've brought other places.

We've shopped around over the years, but either ended up buying from Will's or wishing we had. This project may have had us removing the wallpaper that we bought from Will's years ago, and painting instead, but after using wallpaper from a home improvement store and from Will's we learned our lesson to only use wallpaper from Will's. Every strip of wallpaper we bought from Will's stayed up until we were ready for a change. The room we did using the hardware store wallpaper had to be continually and quot;fixedand quot;.

It always goes well at Will's. We've been going there for probably over thirty years, since they were a hardware store also. Michael and Valerie are great. They know exactly what to suggest for me since I am very hesitant in trying out new colors. They've never steered me wrong! Years ago we also had our living room and dining area drapes made through Will's Decorating service and they have been fantastic; they still look brand new. We also had fabric shades made several years ago and we have been very pleased with them. We are extremely happy with our new paint color that we just purchased (Frappe in eggshell) and we always get fantastic service from Michael and Valerie. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I always recommend Will's to anyone who is thinking of painting or decorating.

Overall, as stated each experience came forth with the right color, the right carpet, the correct wallpaper to have my house look like a model with all the colors flowing effortsly

On 8-30-10, I ordered window treatments (wood blinds, drapes, and a valance) for our daughter's room. I was told they would be completed in 3-4 weeks, but they were not ready after 4 weeks. When I called them to find out what was causing the delay, I was told that the fabric was on back order but that they would rush the order when the fabric was received, and that the drapes would be completed within 2 weeks. I was told that the blinds and the valance were ready for pick-up. After 2 more weeks passed, I again had to call them to check on the status. I was told they were not ready, but would be soon. Finally, on Oct. 19, 2010, I received a call saying that the order was complete. I expressed my displeasure that 2 of their own deadlines had passed, and waited for an offer of some kind of compensation. When none materialized (I was speaking with Michael), I asked if they would install the treatments for free and waive their fee. I was told this was not possible, but that they would give me a 20% discount on installation. I reminded them that we have spent $3,700 in their store in the last 6 months, and said that I regretted that that kind of business did not warrant better service on their part. I had been told from the beginning that we would have to purchase the tie backs to hold the drapes in place by the sides of the window, but there was another hardware item missing, which we discovered during installation. The drape pins were not included with the other hardware, so I had to go purchase them. I thought they were supposed to be included. My biggest frustration is with their communication. Why do I need to contact them to get a status on the work? One time I left a message and didn't get a call back for days because the original message had gotten lost. I am also disappointed that they did not offer me anything to make the experience with them more rewarding I will not be using their services again.

I was rennovating my bathroom and I need a paint to help with the humidity issues. I visited the store in Beltsville. I spent about 45 mins and when I left I was well educated about paints and it's finishes. I also bought some wallpaper for my powder room. It is a nice store and I will use them again because I am planning to have the interior of my home painted for the summer.
