Install three, new, owner-supplied lights onto the new ceiling boxes. |• Run wire from the existing circuit and install a new, 120-volt smoke detector. |• On the first floor: Rework the ceiling boxes and wire in three locations. Install two new light fixtures. | |In the basement: |• Run new circuits and install two, new, receptacles for the new washer and dryer. |• Run a new circuit and install a new, GFI receptacle for the counter. Description of Work: I had requested 2 dedicated circuits for space heaters around a year ago. I was pleased with the work then. Recently I had a tripped circuit. I called Wilcox and they promptly sent someone to find out what the problem was. It turns out that the electrician who performed the work a year ago took some "shortcuts". I was scheduled to have the work redone at no extra charge. One the appointed day the electrician was on time, worked diligently and professionally. I was informed that the person who did the work a year ago is no longer with the company.

Description of Work: I have used Wilcox Electric LLC services several times since I purchased my first home in the area in 2001. Steve, the owner, has always been exceptionally professional and cares about the quality of the work that he or one of his employees accomplishes. He rewired a new kitchen and lighting in my living room and offered great suggestions. When I made a change to add more recessed lighting, he allowed me to purchase the lighting with his discount at a local electrical supply store to help get the work done more quickly. This was his suggestion and it helped. Recently, we had an electrical outage that happened due to a problem in an electrical box in the neighborhood. I did not realize that was the problem and called Wilcox to check out my breaker box. Steve called me back personally to ask about the problem and enabled me to contact him directly on his cell phone. That is the personal service that you receive with Wilcox LLC. I have also had them replace two breaker boxes in different homes as well. Wilcox is my go to electrician because of the quality of his work.

Description of Work: We had a new light fixture installed in a closet. The work was done properly. We waited a bit for the appointment, because at that time Wilcox was short of electricians. We have used them many times and they are very responsive and the electricians are polite and pleasant.
