The deals states, "Service provider will take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items". I only asked for the cleaning specified in the deal: dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc. I was told there was a time limit and they couldn't do the whole house because of other appointments. I was told that I could pay again and make another appointment to finish the rest of the house. It seems they don't allocate enough time for the deep house-cleaning/try to schedule too many appointments in one day. I gave an overall B rating because the work completed was good although I may be too generous. I told the person who speaks better English that they need to remove the "Service provider will take as much time as required to complete all cleaning tasks" because they don't do that. When scheduling the cleaning appointment, they also don't tell you that there is a time limit.

Our house has never looked better. They were responsive and did a great job. I would highly recommend their services.

I was impressed with the first visit. There are two types of house cleaners: the ones that just want you out of the way so that they can do their pre-programmed list as fast as they can (regardless of the time you pay them for), occasionally break things, and can't be trusted to work around difficult areas of the home, such as antiques, collections, etc. (most); and the few who can do a "custom" house cleaning, listening to the customer, and working with them around such areas, for the specified amount of time. Amalia's actually seemed interested in what I wanted done, and how I needed them to work with me to get certain things done. The price seemed reasonable, and the younger one spoke and understood English well. So, I mistook them for “custom,” but they are actually “pre-programmed”. But by the second cleaning, I met resistance. No matter how I tried, and no matter how many bags of garbage, I could not get them to take them to the trash until they left. On the third visit, after being ignored another two times, I said "Stop Everything! I need you take the garbage out now [4 big bags as I had done shredding and fridge cleanout before they arrived]--can't you see how it is in my way as I try to load the dishwasher?" All I got back was a blank stare, and them resuming whatever they were doing when I stopped them. On the second visit, I also wanted them to help me clean the tiny balcony of my apartment (which I have cleaned on my own weekly). "Oh, we don't do that, but since it is not much we will bring tools next time." Of course they didn't, and made the excuse of light drizzle (balcony is covered) so as not to touch it on the next visit. They did not do well on the difficult areas, handling stuff I told them not to, and cleaning in ways that are not appropriate for the stuff there, instead of calling me in the next room. Fortunately, the item they broke was of no real value.. But since the third visit, I have not seen one of a pair of pint glasses from an old Paris restaurant. On that visit, they were on their way out the door in 95 minutes for a job I paid $125 for two hours, instead of asking what else they could do. I would have paid 20 to 40% more for “custom” for the agreed time. If you just want someone to robotically clean your place for a good price, hitting all the stuff on the usual checklist, and don’t have difficult areas, your own agenda, or arrival time limitations, then they are fine. They are thorough in what they do, and the younger woman intelligent and a good problem solver. But, I need people who can show up at the appointed time (not +/- 1 hour) work with me, and slow down when needed and take and follow direction.

They do a great job and are able to handle same day flips.

Amalia and her helpers (2) arrived on time. Amalia introduced herself and her helpers and got started cleaning. They were very efficient and detailed. My house was immaculate when they left. I have scheduled them on a monthly basis and highly recommend them. By far the best cleaning service I have had.
