TUXEDO AUTO SVC

THIS SHOP REVIEW IS ZERO... PLEASE DON’T BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS REPAIR SHOP AND I’M GOING TO TELL YOU WHY!! I HAVE A LANDSCAPING BUSINESS AND I GOT MY TRUCK TOWED TO SHOP BECAUSE SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY BRAKES. I TALKED TO KVON AT THE FRONT DESK AND HE STATED I NEED BRAKES AND ROTORS FRONT AND BACK ALONG WITH PARKING BRAKE KIT. HE CHARGE ME $1500 ---$500 LABOR AND $1000 FOR PARTS. I NEEDED MY TRUCK BAD BECAUSE IT WAS THE BEGINNING OF LANDSCAPING SEASON AND HE KNEW THIS…SO I SAID YES, TRUSTING THAT THIS SHOP WAS TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST BUT THEY’RE NOT!! WHEN I ASKED TO SEE WHAT HE PAYED ON MY PARTS HE REFUSED TO SHOW ME, STATING I AGREED TO THE PRICE SO HE NOT SHOWING ME NOTHING. I SEARCH AROUND SHOPS AND THE INTERNET MY PARTS WAS ONLY $300 DOLLARS AT THE MOST. THIS SHOP STEALING PEOPLE MONEY DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP. NOT TRUSTWORTHY OR HONEST.

After investigating the cause of the check engine light I was quoted $900 to fix the problem. They then called me and told me the fix they tried hadn't fixed the problem and they won't be charging me for it. They directed me to a Nissan dealer that should be able to fix the problem and didn't even charge me for the labor of trying to fix it. This was above and beyond what I would expect and deserves high marks.

This car has been serviced by many different shops and Tuxedo was the only repair shop that fixed this car.

Everything that others had told me what was wrong was not. He was able to find the solution to the problem on my car not only once but several times. He does the work so much more reasonably than others. Whatever work I have had done has lasted. He found that my engine did not need replaced but I had a broken radiator pump. I also needed a timing belt replaced. This did solve the problem and it only cost me between $500-$600. I had a problem later where my oil was burning and I was afraid of it not passing inspection. I took it out to him to look at it. He let me know the problem was that I had a crack in my oil pan and gasket which is why I had it draining oil. It was not burning oil. That service also came to less than $1000.00. Most recently they replaced a strap on my suspension, replaced 4 new tires, and did an alignment for less than $800.00. I have sent other friends there who have also come away shocked that they got their problems fixed for so much less than they were quoted at other places.
